The awful reviews are accurate

I echo everything that everyone else has to say about this scam company. I wish I read these reviews before spending $100 on three items that have yet to arrive, over two months after placing the order. One month in, I received an email that my order was ready to ship. Another month later, I reached out to support for a status update - I did not even specifically request a refund, but they offered me three things: a 50% refund to my credit card + 50% refund in store credit; a 100% refund store credit PLUS another 50% in the cost in additional store credit; keep waiting. I will be reporting fraud to my bank.

Absolute scam

ordered on march 25th it is now 1st of june AS PART OF THEIR AFFILIATE PROGRAM BTW and they have not answered my emails or dms since April they said they 'checked the order' and they'll put 'priority ticket to ur order' and i still have received nothing and they just ghosted me so $70 ill never get back

DO NOT USE THIS BRAND

Iplaced an order originally in 2024 the lead time was up to 12 weeks so I request the order to be cancelled. Then they continued to give me “store credit” despite my request for a refund.

I then placed an order 23rd February 2026 (it is now 28th May 2026 and I have heard nothing) I reached out to customer service, there is no direct line and it is clearly AI offering me again store credit and said if I reordered they would “prioritise” my order.

There is not an inch of good to say about this business, they are robbing and it has tainted my experience with buying online. Never would I buy from them again.

It has been 16 weeks since i’ve ordered…

It has been 16 weeks since i’ve ordered and I have gotten zero news on my order. I even sent an email with no answer. This is a SCAM. I thought the clothes were super pretty so i tried anyway but nope. Do not shop here unless you wish to lose your money.

Order

Order #72394 was confirmed on 3 April, and I have received no further correspondence since.

Order #71408 was confirmed on 20 March — over two months ago — and I have similarly received no updates regarding its status.

I unfortunately ordered before looking at reviews and am regretting it so badly. I've been sending them emails and just want a refund but am getting no response.

Terrible!!! Stay Away. Scam.

Wish I could give less stars as they do not even deserve 1 star.
Their customer service is awful! Waited over three months to receive my items. Emailed them multiple times and was given the run around. They kept advising the order would ship shortly. Asked to speak to a manager numerous times and never received a reply. Finally told them I would do a charge back and they advised I would get a refund in 10-15 business days

Horrible !

I placed my order Feb. 13th 2026 and still have not received my order. I contacted them via email and Instagram and all I was told is that there’s a rough 4-8 week process time.

If I could give negative stars I would because this companies customer service sucks, they don’t answer you till like weeks later saying the same exact thing they said before. Or they will just stop answering you.

This place should be SHUT DOWN! They are a damn scam! Placing orders for them to have no information for months hoping people will forget about the order. Customers contacting customer service and hearing nothing on their order or hearing they’re back logged but that’s the excuse they use every time. The owner is a scammer and blocks women who try and demand for their money back. How do they fund dropping new lines of clothes, do so many photoshoots every month, EXPAND THE GYM but can’t fulfill clients orders from 2,3,4,5,6+ months ago!? OH WAIT, it’s because they use our unfulfilled order money to fund their shit business. Do not buy from this place. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!

Placed an order first week of feb

Placed an order first week of feb, a large order over $400AUD have tried to keep in contact with First Health Apparel over the last few months requesting updates. Two weeks ago i requested to have some sizes changed as the wait time has been lengthy and the gym bod as changed. They were happy to change the sizes but then sent me a invoice for extra costs. I have requested a refund for the whole order as disgusting wait times for shipping and poor customer service, I have been told no refund can be processed on placed orders. I am so disappointed I even advised I will be leaving a poor review as no shipping information has been provided after 2months. I am dreading the quality of the product once it arrives, I'd recommend not wasting your time with this company and taking your money elsewhere.

Super sad

It’s sad because, at first, it was amazing. I ordered over $2,000 worth of products from this brand. Quality was amazing and always got my things within 30 days

As years went on, it started getting slower and slower. I didn’t get my latest order for 6 months. It was never advertised as back ordered. I emailed twice just asking for an update, and I never received a response. Ended up disputing with my bank. Rip first health apparel. I miss the old you.

It took 15 weeks for my parcel to arrive, customer support ignored my emails and when the parcel did arrive, it had the wrong size to what i had ordered and the two mystery gifts that i ordered were not in the package. will not be ordering again.

Worst experience I've ever had ordering online

Worst experience I've ever had ordering something online. Placed an order Dec 6th, it arrived Febuary 17th. Missing two items, a pair of leggings and a tank. Also neither of the "mystery gifts" that were supposed to be added at checkout were included. So waited 10 weeks for my order and never received the items I paid for. I have sent numerous emails trying to get a credit and have had no success in getting any of my money refunded. Terrible customer service.

I ordered 3 items on clothing along with 2 mystery boxes Dec 28th, 2025. Not being informed what the shipping/processing time was, I did not receive the items until March 1 2026. And I was still missing one item along with both mystery boxes.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with them and all I’ve been getting in response is that my email is being sent to they’re processing department and still have yet to receive any compensation, info on whether these items are being shipped or anything.

absolute trash company. wouldn’t even call them a company tbh! i placed an order back on february 7th and i reached out to them FOUR TIMES to ask about any update on my order and they kept dodging my inquiries before i asked for a refund and they declined. i said i was going to my bank to file a dispute and they still refused to help me out. i’m currently trying to get a refund back through my bank, i advise you to absolutely not waste your time with this garbage site who only wants your money

Poor customer service

I’ve ordered from this company a total of 5 times. At first, I was generally happy, even if it took around 2 months to receive my orders.

However, over time, I started noticing major issues. They offer a lot of discounts, but clearly can’t keep up with the volume of orders. Their shipping logistics are really disorganized.

For example, I placed an order on May 9. Knowing their delays, I began following up in August. When you contact support, it takes about 2 weeks just to get a reply, which is already frustrating. They finally shipped part of my order in August, but with a mistake. After multiple follow-ups, I was told in September that the rest of my order was no longer available. This was only discovered because I kept chasing them months later.

I received a credit and placed a new order on September 23. I got part of it on December 9, and the remaining items arrived in January, but again, the order was incomplete (only 1 item out of 2). I contacted support once more, and a month later they replied saying their system shows the order was delivered in full.

This is extremely frustrating. It’s now the second mistake in my orders, and instead of resolving the issue, they make it feel like I’m being dishonest. If I had received everything, I wouldn’t waste my time contacting them repeatedly, especially given how slow and unhelpful their responses are.

Now we’re at the end of March, and I still haven’t received any further reply. Months keep passing with no resolution.

It’s really a shame because the quality of their products is actually very good. But due to these repeated issues and poor customer service, I will never order from them again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. If something goes wrong with your order, be prepared for a long and frustrating experience trying to get it resolved.

They never contacted me about items not…

They never contacted me about items not being MADE anymore at the time of my purchase. I HAD to contact them because it took 3 MONTHS before I asked myself why did not receive my order. They said that their "warehouse" was in "reorganization". A month later, I wanted another hoodie, so I went on the website to reorder the hoodie, and it was not available anymore!! But I was waiting for another color!! After 2 weeks of back and forth, and threats to call my bank and contest the bailing, they finally refund me. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE!! A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE IN THE SAME BOAT AS TODAY!!
