Only quoting, but the worst experience

Seems to be the least professional company with I have dealt in my life.
I requested a quote, and a gentleman showed up, I think an hour late, but I might have mistaken the time.
He was really urging, inpatient and rude, he was taking calls, while I was talking, without excusing himself.
I had an idea in mind about a driveway, had a budget in mind, but as someone who has never done that before, I was asking his professional opinion.
He said, I need to tell him, and he have not all day, and he was really impatient.
Then I told him my plan, he didn’t measure it, nor give me a quote, only a partial one.
I tried to explain the different ideas I have and I thought he can tell me what is possible and what is not.
Instead, he said, this job is not for him, and he left.
That would have been all right, had he minded his manners.
This took about 10 minutes, and it was really difficult to communicate with him.
He was rude to me from the beginning, making me feel that there is something to do with me not being English.
I am genuinely shocked.
