Claire at First in the Door was extremely helpful and responsive, reaching out as soon as we made the enquiry through the website. After introducing us to an agent who was ultimately unable to assist, she got back in touch with another option. She was also able to give us more insight into the buying agent process - highly recommend (and not just for multi-million pound budgets).

I had not considered using a buying agent before as the budget for my move is fairly modest. However, I was encouraged to explore this option further by the clearly presented information on the First in the Door website and their helpful buying guides. I also appreciated a personal call from Claire who took time to discuss my situation and to put me in touch with a recommended agent. It is early days in planning my next move and so I do not know yet whether I will go down this route but the guidance provided will certainly help me to make an informed decision.

We were looking to purchase a family home in Hampstead. We'd spent time looking on RightMove and had viewed a couple of properties through local estate agents but we couldn't find anything suitable, although we were assured our budget was reasonable for our brief. Looking at what was available online, it felt that the properties available were not great value for money - very expensive and not as great quality or liveable. We felt that there must be lots of amazing properties in Hampstead and maybe they were changing hands before they got to market - so we realised we needed a suitable buying agent. But we didn’t really know how to find a good one.
