I like the app, except you can't leave review comments/tasting notes from the app. Thumbs up/down is nice, but I have to go to the website to add my personal comments.

Love getting my box of wine delivered! For the most part I have enjoyed most of the wines as well. However I do prefer lighter bodied wine and finally my boxes are reflecting those choices. I am also receiving French wine choices of which I love. Firstleaf has helped to open my palate to wine a bit I do enjoy it!

I will never do business with FirstLeaf AGAIN...
They make it impossible to cancel an order. I bought their first time deal as gift. Subscription was added and started shipping without my approval. After the shipment, they were not ready to cancel the order and charged restocking fee.
Your company does not make it easy to cancel. Infact, it was difficult to find the cancellation screen(no confirmation/acknowledgement was received after moving through multiple screens).
AGAIN, we will not ever do business with you. Suggest everyone to be watchful or STAY AWAY from this!!!!!!!!

I've checked my records. You sent my first package which I wanted, all communication were on the @gmail.com account. And cancellation conversation was on that as well. I have your email which I shared to my bank about you cancelled it. And then you send another package and charged to me and guess what? It was also @gmail.com not any other account. I shared all these information to my bank. I'll get my money back

There wasn't any information or notification about subscription and they sent 2nd package to me, I reached out them, they told me that subscription cancelled. Today I got another email from them also a charge to my credit card. Both charges reported to Apple Card because those are unwanted charges to my card. Don't buy anything from them and be careful

I did not pick up or sign for the order. They have since re-shipped the order against my wishes and now want to charge me a restocking fee.

This was my first time ordering from Firstleaf Wine through a third party affiliate, I was in a hurry while making the order and I entered my address incorrectly (palm to forehead moment). This was my mistake and wasn't realized until the order could not be delivered. I contacted Firstleaf Wine customer support on how to correct my error however changing the delivery address was not an option provided by customer support and no additional options were provided. The wine I purchased would not be delivered to me, there was no solution provided by Firstleaf Wine so I opted to cancel my subscription. I was charged for a restocking fee to cancel, and had no choice but to accept this. Granted yes I made the mistake, I take responsibility for that and had hoped that a simply address correct or reroute would be an option but it was not. Firstleaf Wine is a company that does not allow mistakes by customers or support their possible customers when they make a mistake.

My recent phone consultation with Tori a wine concierge at Firstleaf was, as always, an enjoyable & informative experience. She is very knowledgeable & tuned into my wine preferences. Firstleaf is an excellent wine club, offering very good wines at very reasonable prices. They are also very flexible about frequency of shipments or changing delivery dates.

I enjoy my Firstleaf subscription because their wines are high quality, and I have a wine concierge that recommends wines that she knows I will enjoy based on our conversations and the reviews I leave for my purchases.
There are a lot of wine subscription services out there, but Firstleaf provides me the best mix of value and personalized service. I really appreciate the personal touch that Lindsay, my concierge, brings me every month.
