Marc Smith at First Mortgage was absolutely brilliant. I couldn't have got a mortgage without him. I'm a first time buyer with a slightly complicated income and a few credit hiccups in the past. I was also buying at auction! He managed to get me a mortgage with Barclays, and my dream of owning my own home finally came true! Mortgage application to acceptance was 13 days, and I completed purchase in 56 days. Honestly, I can't recommend this company enough! I did it all over the phone and email, so it was really easy too. 100% excellent!
