Took my money and never delivered the game. It has been over 2 years. They lost the contract for making Goodboy Galaxy and they still write back the game is delayed.

Extremely scummy shop! I pre ordered a game 3 years ago. Instead of delivering it, they push the release date further and further away. When you ask for a refund they ghost you. Do never ever buy anything from their shop!!! Probably scammers.

I have been waiting for my preorder more than 4 years and they don't give any updates concerning its progress whatsoever.

When asked for a refund they simply ask you for more patience and that an update is coming soon and when pressed harder they simply ghost you.

When asking for time for product ordered years ago, they keep sending same copy-paste reply with no real value information in it. Same exact reply month after month.

If requesting refund, they go completely silent and never replied back to that matter.

Absolutely worst customer service, unprofessional order handling and informing as well as blant attitude towards customers.

It's a scam.
They do not send the games.
They do not give any information about the supposed delays.
When asked about it, they do not respond or takes whole weeks to do so... and they reply with empty phrases and no information at all, just bad excuses.

I have been waiting for a game from them for the entire calendar year of 2024. I originally ordered it for my son's birthday, which we missed, and then I told him I'd get it for him for Christmas, and that didn't happen either. I've asked for my money game several times and have been ignored. Horrendous.

Absolute Ponzi scheme.

Ordered a preorder here a year ago that was due in a month from that date. The company kept making excuses and kept shifting the release date further and further into the future. Questions made to their support team were never answered or just plain out awnsered wrong.

Don't buy here ever!

It is a scam, didn't got the game after 2 years(chained echoes switch edition), no answer about return.

I more than likely will never see this company's practices are criminal, I hate to say it but I'd buy everything digitally before I give a this joke of a company another pre-order that will never exist and if it does little take 3 years

The order finally arrived, 3½ years after I first ordered it! It looks really neat, as stuff from First Press does, but over three years waiting is a tough pill to swallow. For comparison, I made a list of thigs I managed to do in that time:

Got married
Went on a honeymoon (itself one year postponed)
Had a kid
Moved places (but thankfully remembered to change adress this order was headed for)
Attain my second bachelor's degree.

2/5 would not order again. But at least it makes for a very funny story.

Just echoing what others have said. I preordered 3 items with them around the same time. I did receive my first two after nearly 2 years (delivered early 2023), but the third item is still pending with no real update and no replies to emails. As of the writing of this review, the third was preordered on 9/11/21 and has been marked "Finished" on their update page for many months. The only changes to this order have been them pushing back the release date every three months since 2021. The two items I received were of high quality but I dont think I'll ever support this company again. You always expect a wait time when ordering from these kind of companies, but 3.5 years is just ridiculous. I only keep my 3rd preorder open due to the fact that the other two eventually shipped.

Promise a refund but never do it. A huge scam

Pre-ordered 5 games from them since 2019. Received 2. The other two has not be shipped yet. The three other games that have not been shipped were pre-ordered in 2020, 2021, and the last one in 2022. I understand the pandemic slowed everything down but waiting 4 years without a game is simply ridiculous. I'm in the US so I don't know what option I have to get my money back since the company is in Europe. As many have said here, they don't respond to my email nor cancel my order and refund my money. Some of these orders are years ago so I don't know if the credit card I used will refund my money. All I can say is I won't ever make a purchase from this company again, no matter the game. Second, I consider the money I spent lost to a scammer. If I get the game in the future, then great. If not, then it is what it is.

Ordered an item from them that was repeatedly delayed. Emailed them 5 times to request that my order be cancelled and refunded. Received zero replies and have yet to receive the game or my money back.

Avoid like the absolute plague.

Ordered a game in 2021 (yes, that is right, 3 years ago)
The release date is being pushed and pushed, every few months I ask for a status update and every time I hear that it is about to be released.
And nothing happens, the last few weeks I have mailed them 3 times, NO replies, I just want my money back, you can keep the game, I have no faith in this company.

Please do not order here, you will lose your money !

DON'T BUY games unless if you have too much money to loose .

I'm waiting for years for 2 orders and I have never received them.

They don't refund, they just ignore when you ask for.
