Went in too get a tv pat tested what a great service by Gareth brilliant helpful guy no job too small thanks very much,highly recommended

I attended the PAT testing course 27/01/2026. It was a very informative course in which I learnt a lot. First meet and great was with Gareth and then Noel, the course instructor, great guys and very welcoming. The breakfast was gorgeous with tea and coffee supplied all day. The course content was top notch made easier to understand by Noel and Gareth’s experience and expertise. They also supply post course support if you need their advice and help in the future. I highly recommend them.

We have used First Safety's PAT training and equipment for the last 12 months, and in that time we have had questions regarding different items, the equipment and other little things we want to double check, we have always received very fast and helpful responses which has been appreciated

Excellent service. Staff are always extremely helpful and the calibration of our kit is completed in no time at all. Arrangements are made for kit to be collected at your convenience and then returned. The turnaround is truly impressive. We have also used First Stop Safety for training requirements and will do so again this year for new staff. Second to none. Would highly recommend.

Our charity has been using First Stop Safety for over a decade and I have always found, whoever I speak to, friendly, helpful & efficient. Importantly, their turnover time for calibrations, collection and delivery arrangements is second to none. The equipment, the people, the training are all excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

As a business we’ve been doing our own PAT testing for years using the BattPAT tester. This has saved us a considerable amount of money over the years. The BattPAT tester is very simple to use and has never given us any problems.
