Ordered a belt per the sizing chart. Quickly realized after looking at other belts online that most companies reccomend adding 2-4” to pant size based on how you are carrying. Promptly emailed them to fix the situation. Asked sizing questions and gave them my pant size. They responded by telling me it was shipped.
It did not ship for another 24 hours and they took some time to respond to the email.

I paid $10 for shipping and now I have to pay to ship it back to them. All email responses were lackluster and did not actually answer any of my questions.

They must be only concerned with large PD orders and it showed that they did not care about the regular everyday customer. Will not deal with them again.

I have bought 2 pair of BDU pants from this company. I am very happy with the pants. However, the amount I have to pay for shipping is too expensive. Especially considering it takes the a 10-14 days to get the product to me.
I will look for a different company next time.

Chose this company because I thought; well either you buy one good pair of pants that will last you (since I’m embarking on my Forrestry service journey) or buy multiple less expensive pants often.
I chose the defender pants and got the order super late the customer service wasn’t helpful with updating me with my tracking information and it took forever to get the pants returned in a different size since these pants run a little larger by the way. It took the company like a whole month to send the pants of the right size to me and never sent any information with my tracking information I had to reach out to them constantly to check up on my return order. Unfortunately my package was probably stolen from my front porch of the right size pants! and would have the company have told me when was the expected delivery date I would have stayed home to receive it. (Usually that’s what I do with anything that’s over 100 dollars worth) the lack of communication with costumer and company is what ruins it for me with first tactical. I hope this company can step it up specially since it functions to providing goods to people in law enforcement and firefighters. I would expect more top of the game interfaces with tracking information and better costumer service. Wish they could make it right for me but pretty much told me that’s a you problem to me.

Bought a pair of these boots, coyote, well over a year ago, and worn them most days. The most comfortable boot I've ever worn. Fit is perfect, light, flexible and surprisingly tough!
Not waterproof but dry extremely quickly. Like your oldest favourite slippers! Well recommended.

This is a very shady company, avoid their products. I purchased 2 pairs of the V2 pants, proper length and waist. The waist and length were perfect but the cut through the crotch and thigh were so tight, that it was extremely uncomfortable to wear. The reviews on their website are independently verified, but the company has the choice to edit or not publish at all. I have tried to leave reviews twice. I contacted the third party company and was told they encourage first tactical to publish all their reviews but they don't have to. After I returned the pants, ten days later after the tracking showed they were received still no refund. I would stick with more reputable companies.

FIRST TACTICAL RIP OFF
Ordered a pair of lightweight gloves in XL (according to their charts online). I usually wear larger but their charts said otherwise, so I trusted it. Wrong idea. I paid $33.45 total and they were too small. They told me to send back, so I did (on my dime) and then when they received them, told me they were out of stock of XXL, and asked for me to wait, or get a refund? I chose refund. They only refunded me the $25 for the gloves, not the full amount ($33.45 plus the $8 I spent shipping them back). So I paid nearly what the gloves were worth in shipping cost for NOTHING. This company is a joke. BUYERS AVOID!

Bought a pair of patrol gloves at a store. Wish they had something showing the sizing. I bought the glove size I always wear with all patrol and search gloves. Got to my post which is a two day journey from the store and discovered that there gloves fit was very different. the pinkie finger is way to long. They did not fit. Disappointed

I have ordered from 1st Tactical many times and each product has been exactly what I ordered, highly functional and very durable. I do recommend all of their products from clothing to gear whether you are LE, First Responder or military. The stuff just works!!!

I first saw First Tactical gear at FrontSight and liked it. The Pro Shop did not have the size of pants I wanted to try, so I got online thru FrontSight and ordered them. I got a huge discount--#1--and the order arrived at my house before I got home from my training! Great service.

The website is easy to get around and while processing took a few days, once my item shipped, it got here lickety split. I adore my velocity ems pants.
