From the word go, the advisors were professional and very informative. They updated us at every step and made the meetings very exciting and enjoyable. They have a personalised approach that makes you feel like you are their only client. They get 5 stars from me for their work ethic and delivery of service. Henry and Ibimina where very informative and helpful in making decisions. I did not think we had a chance of finding a mortgage lender but they assured us that we would get one even with our circumstances. In a week they had already found us a suitor but also had more lined up if we did not prefer the first one they recommended. Our journey wasn’t easy.
