I ordered a product 10 days ago, payed with twint and received a regular email with the confirmation of the payment and the tracking order number.
The following day the website was still working, and I managed to see that my order was on its way.
However, from day 2 the website stopped to work and the page never opened. I tried to write an email to the company but the email address is not correct.
I still have hopes to receive the product, but maybe I'm just f***ing naive.

Products are a scam. Bought a coat which is supposed to be wool and a jumper. They come from China as drop-shipping. It wasn't even what I ordered when it comes to the jumper/pullover. Took 3 weeks to arrive and the disappointment is huge. Absolute shameful scamming. The quality is terrible, the coast is synthetic and the "jumper" has these horrendous patterns that are nothing like the pictures used

bought a white jacket… came in an blushy rose. Pockets arent at the same height. Sweeing is semi okay and they offer you an 20% money retourn if you keep the item (instand of refund the whole price)
