She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything (I'm not Italian so I need a lot of help understanding the Italian tax system). I wrote to them and got a mobile appointment only to learn that they have a company policy to not speak English. The sales manager told me to contact via e-mail. He actually sent me an e-mail still in Italian. I tried to explain my situation in Italian with using translate but still they didn’t respond and help me. If you can’t speak Italian, don’t except to get a service.

Fiscozen has taken all the stress out of Italian taxes for me (especially as a foreigner) with their excellent customer service and clear explanations!
