I already contact your team and they cut me off from comunicating. Waste of time.

Had a boat actur plus less than six month nothing but faults contacted them sent it back and after 2 months still waiting communication is terrible very rude over the phone after sales is shocking dont buy from them

I see a lot of negative reviews but my purchases from fishdeal have always been positive. Shipping can be a little slow as they ship out from the Netherlands. But they do reply to my emails and my purchases including rods have been packaged well enough and I’ve never had anything arrived damaged. Prices are very competitive and they have good stock levels. No harm to pay by PayPal to be safe people. But in my experience it’s all been good. I’ve had 5-6 orders.
Two items not received, package torn, taped up poorly. Submitted report per their procedure, no response, over a month now.
Not a company one can have any confidence in.

I followed all of Fishdeal’s return instructions exactly as provided and dropped my parcel off at a GLS ParcelShop. Unfortunately, GLS — the courier Fishdeal contracts with — never collected the parcel.
When I went back a week later, the shop informed me that they no longer handle GLS parcels, even though they were still listed as an active drop-off point on Fishdeal’s own return portal. I then went out of my way to bring the package to another ParcelShop, 58 km from my home, yet it has now been sitting there uncollected for over two weeks.
I reached out to Fishdeal for help. While they acknowledged that the issue lies entirely with their contracted courier, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they advised me to drive 58 km back to the ParcelShop to try to retrieve the parcel myself — an unreasonable and frustrating suggestion given that I followed their process precisely.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. A company should take some responsibility for issues caused by their chosen courier, not shift the burden onto their customers.

I ordered an underwater camera with a value of 140€ and what came in the box i opened, two packs of jig heads worth 4€ in total. Thats an absolute shame that a 17 year old without a job is down that amount of money and recieving nothing of what he asked for.

Terrible company my bait boat fell and broke the shaft off. Fishdeal and carpquest said cannot send me a spare shaft to fix it even if I pay for it. And just said nothing they can do. The item is less than twelve months old and just sorry about the inconvenience.
AVOID THIS COMPANY(FISHDEAL AND CARPQUEST) JUST AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN!!

Ordered on a bank holiday Monday and it was at my door by Saturday morning. Haven't used the stuff yet but on first expection, everything seems perfect. I would definitely order off them again, very reasonable prices and fast delivery.
On 20 April I placed 2 large orders with Fishdeal.ie. Order ID: 2895320 and 2896388.
2 Weeks later I had still not received my orders nor did I receive any updates regarding shipping so I reached out to Fishdeal who came back and advised that my orders were flagged as fraud and even though they gladly took my money they stated that the had been waiting on me to reach out to them before shipping, after back and forth they then decided to send the orders. So I wait and on the 13th of May I eventually receive my order, very badly packaged and notice that several expensive items are missing, I reach out to them again and that's when they start completely ignoring me up to this point their only response have been that they can't see my items on the order after sending them the invoice from them with the items clearly on it as per my payment.

I ordered a rod and a few other items, the rod was damaged in transit as you could see the box was damaged. They replaced it no problem at all, the other items were perfect and their customer service was excellent, fast response to my emails and I think they have the best prices out there !
About to order from them again today, I need some waders as my current ones are leaking so can update after that too.
I have ordered several times form fishdeal.ie and have found them to be excellent to deal with . Customer care has helped me with two of my orders .
Bought alpenheat socks....was very careful with the instructions re charging and changing fully as per instructions before using... finally with the cold weather tried for the first time yesterday .. and great ..today after use , due to an ingrown toenail I soaked my feet as per doctors orders. .burn on my left little toe ... could only be from the sock ..not sure about how or the technicalities, took photos and sent brief notes to fishdeal .. obviously just have to wait for reply. Unfortunately must have deleted confirmation email of order. ..I oftenbin lots of mail to keep from overload, I'm old school and but if a technophobe. ..
Anyway I'll keep you posted re outcome...but for sore my punky toes been burnt, skin raw and peeling slughtly ... obviously won't use again.... shame as I have Raynaud's phenomenon and it was a great help if only for two days ..but can't risk frying my toes....

I received a damaged fishing rod. The company are from Netherlands. Waited 2 weeks for the order and received it damaged. It left their warehouse in this condition. Told me to go and get it repaired which is a joke. Will only refund me if it is returned at my expense. At first they said they would collect it but failed to do so. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
