I ve ordered 20 March..it's 6 April..they are telling that I don't have any news because they're waiting courier everyday to pickup the shoes..today they stopped answering me..unprofessional attitude..I don't recommend..avoid those guys ..they are reselling high and they are telling you things that are not make sense and stop answering to you.. I m afraid of course now even for the money I paid ..shame on you guys..if you can't deliver on time do not sell..And of course after complaints no answering on what's up ..and after the review you are seeing the answer..first of all I have all messages on what's up and those guys are telling me that they told me that couriers are closed .. those guys are disgusting.. avoid at any cost this site

As noted on our website and as explained on WhatsApp, processing times for products without the 'EXPRESS48H' tag can vary between 5-12 business days. Additionally, due to the Easter holidays, processing times have been extended.
If you can't wait any longer, you can always cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Slow delivery
Ordered 25th March. Still have not received my parcel. Money drawn from my account already! Not too pleased
Update (12th April): Parcel finally received. Poor delivery time. However, Fishem have been quite fast at replying although it made no real difference to the delivery time or clear understanding of expected date of receipt of parcel.

Your order was placed on the 25th March and has been shipped on the 2nd April, considered the poor availability of the ordered product (Adidas Campus 00s Black Leopard) the elaboration time was in line with our shipping policy. Once you contacted us via email we gave you an estimated delivery date that resulted to be not correct, unfortunately we can't know exactly the delivery date but shipping from Italy to Denmark may take some time. In any case we hope you will enjoy the ordered product and will consider again ordering from us. Thank you.
