I GOT SCAMMED!
I GOT SCAMMED!! I purchaced 30momme NEW King pillow cases from this company (I purchaced 6 cases in total) and when I received them one set was only 25momme they arrived used along with the sizing also did not match up on the set.I reached out to the company for a solution or a rerurn option that would work for me,as I have special needs and they were incredibly rude and snarky,they did not care about any of it.Their customer service was probably the worst I have ever dealt with.They proceded to refuse me an option to fix THEIR mistake they charged me for a return(again THEIR mess up and poor quality control)they then threatend my reputation,lied and became very hostile! The amount of unprofessionalism they displayed is disgusting.I have never experienced such behavior from a company before.They are a horrible company with even worse customer service.I chose their company over hundreds of others because they are an American company that I thought had good morals and pride in themselves, their products and their customers, however that is not the case.I have never ran into a less educated,more shameless and hysterically customer service then with Fishers Finery! They should consider a name change to match what they sell and CS's attitudes.Not only have they lost me as a customer but anyone else I can share my nightmare of an experience with.BUYER BEWARE!!
