Love my new pink hooks, they’ve enabled me to lift heavier at the gym on various exercises which is great, they feel strong, stable and I would highly recommend them, I’ve passed on the link to multiple people who have asked where I got them, the smaller wrist strap is amazing! Love these!

The website gave a lot of helpful information on the issues I was most concerned with. Most fitness companies are focused on the needs of younger consumers. I'm 76 and I work out and lift 3 days a week. I have lost a lot of grip strength that has caused me to lift lower weight than I want to. These hooks have helped this issue immensely. I was also thrilled to see that they accommodate wearing my fitness watch. All in all a great product that is worth the investment that I are making in myself.

Refund process is shocking.
Started a refund in Jan, 23rd of Feb and only just not an email to confirm..and the wrong item has been refunded and one missing.
So slow, no way to track and appears to be one person answering all the emails, i have had to chase constantly even for an address to send the items too. Wouldnt recommended using

Our warehouse received your return containing:
• 1x Core Sports Bra (Black, Medium)
• 1x Performance Comfort Tee (Dark Magenta, Medium)
Both of these items were processed and refunded in full on the same day they were received at our warehouse.
In your email to us, you stated:
“The item I am keeping is the one which has been refunded, the other two should be refunded.”
Based on this, we carefully reviewed the returned parcel. The two items listed above were the only products physically included in the package we received.
We also provided photographic evidence of the return as opened and logged by our team, clearly showing the exact contents received.
The Racer Back Tank was not included in the return, which is why it was not refunded and remains recorded as retained. The refund amount issued corresponds precisely to the items physically received and verified. For clarity, we did not deduct any return fees and the two items received were refunded in full.
The refund was processed on the day the return arrived and in line with our stated returns policy.
That said, we do acknowledge your feedback regarding communication and response times. While all of your emails were responded to and the refund was processed immediately upon receipt of the return, we recognise that the overall experience did not feel smooth from your perspective. We are actively reviewing ways to improve support turnaround times and clarity around returns to ensure a better customer experience moving forward.

Power Hooks rule
Bought the pink power hooks and they are a game changer. I have tried a lot but f different products to assist with my weightlifting grip, these have been the only product that does what it says it will.

These hooks are great
These hooks are great. I was frustrated that my legs and back felt they could take more weight with workouts but my grip was letting me down. I have really small hands so the smaller version is perfect 👌. I’ve noticed a massive difference since using them. I use them every work out now.

I recently purchased the women’s Fit…
I recently purchased the women’s Fit Tech Hooks and Fit Tech ankle straps. I am really pleased with both purchases.
I have nothing to compare the ankle straps with as I’ve not used ankle straps before, but my experience of these are that they are strong, sturdy and extremely comfortable.
The Fit Tech Hooks are amazing, I previously owned an alternate brand with a thicker wrist strap which were too bulky and uncomfortable, these new fit tech ones are amazing, comfortable on the wrist, fit snuggly in the palm, straps feel extremely secure and I no longer have to remove my watch. Great products, great company, I would definitely purchase from here again!

Pink Power Hooks
I ordered the pink power hooks took a little while to arrive but I ordered over the Christmas holiday.
I can honestly say there made such a difference. I was having issues with my arms when doing RDL. I have gone up 7.5kg in my RDL and my arms are not dead and I can feel the exercise in my glute again where is suppose to be. I could not recommend this enough I have try loads of lifting straps and these are the best.

The Power Hooks are designed to take load off the grip and forearms, which can feel very different to lifting with a bar alone, straps, or mixed grip. For some lifters, there’s a short adjustment period while technique adapts, especially on movements like deadlifts and rows.

I needed some help with my grip : I knew I could lift more but my arthritis was in the way so I started looking for ways to help. I can totally recommend these hooks: they helped me lift 90kg in RDL.
