We're sorry that you have not received your order.
According to the tracking page, the parcel was exported on 2 April, but there's no update from the destination's post office.

For now we can issue you a refund, but you'll have to REFUSE acceptance of the parcel if it ever gets delivered so it can be returned to us. Would this be alright with you?
Additionally, we recommend choosing FedEx for a faster delivery next time as airmail deliveries in some countries are not as reliable as courier services.

Love your gloves
Love your gloves! Especially the Cool models. Work well on humidity or even rain keeping a good grip. In the heat they keep your hands cooler and less sweaty along with providing sun protection. Only problem is I can never get both a left and a right in the classic whites! You never have stock.

A+ glove
Asian sizes are a bit small but once I got the right fit, this glove is the best I've ever worn. Super grip. Cool fit is exceptionally good in the tropical climate where I come from. Being washable is one of the best features.

Bad quality - unstitching after two rounds
I have bought these gloves in the past and I think quality has dramatically gone down, after two golf rounds my glove started to unstitched in one finger, not sure I'll buy again

First bought a Fit39 glove in Italy while holidaying. Now back home in Australia I buy them in bulk online. Because they are so good, and are so durable and long wearing, I tend to give them away to my playing partners who also adore them.
