Be careful signing up. It is impossible to cancel and stop payments coming out. Every month they take the payment, every month I think I cancel this the same day it comes out but they still keep taking the money. Dont do it

I would strongly advise avoiding this app. It took payment from my account much earlier than expected, which left me unable to cancel before being charged. When I explained that I had only just come out of hospital and raised my concerns, my situation was completely ignored.
The customer service was extremely disappointing and unhelpful throughout the process. Based on my experience, the app seems more focused on taking payments than providing fair support to its users.

I would not choose a single star
I would not choose a single star. Please be wise and do not engage with this company! They refuse to process refunds, make you junp through hoops! The way the conpany is set ip, it makes it seem like you make an error and then they do not process the refund. The are effectively “stealing “ money from unsuspecting consumers. There system does not allow for the errors to be visible until the transaction is complete! Please be weay do not use this company or their product. Within minutes of realising the fraud, I contacted them and it is hours later and I am still jumping through hoops for a resolution. They say you have to contact different services to process the refund. Extremely frustrating! In certain circumstances they even invalidate your consumer rights! How is that possible!

Absolute bunch of scammers.
I have been in touch with them and they were very unhelpful!
I bought an exercise plan for a 4 week pre holiday workout. Wished I hadn’t bothered.
They dumped me into a subscription and are telling me I won’t get my money back. I’m on to my bank tomorrow to get it back.
Couldn’t download the exercise plan. Also couldn’t log in to the app to view/cancel anything.
It is a total scam. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Nothing they will say or do will get your money back! Hiding behind lies.
I’m £70 down.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I began getting charged for this app…
I began getting charged for this app without clear consent. I am unable to login eventhough I tried changing my email and my password. I never received an email at either email address to change my password. I've reached out to customer service with no help and I'm still being charged. I went yo the app store to manage my subscriptions and it isn't even listed as a subscription! I cannot find the app 9n my phone anywhere. Only way I can login is going8ntothe app store itself l. When the app opens I have no menu just a login page.
I feel stuck paying them for goodness knows how long!

The customer service was so quick and efficient in responding. They did not try and dismiss anything I brought to their attention.
We came to a resolution that suited both myself and them.
Cannot fault how they dealt with my complaint. I’ve had confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.
I will look at using them again in the future, but will be cautious on the sign up.

The increase in cost was high! I’m not disputing the exercise plan, just the meal plan!

Difficult to cancel - good customer service

Ok...update. Company contacted me ref issues with cancellation. They have acknowledged the issues I've experienced and offered to refund the 47.99.
To be fair they dont have to (proof will be in the pudding) i accept that I didn't complete the process.
Cant fault their customer service on this occasion. Very helpful. Hopefully they'll make the cancellation process a bit more straightforward.
Not many firms would bother, & they obviously do monitor & take on board the feedback. 10/10 Ella! Thankyou.

Hard to cancel
I was not impressed with the app so i cancelled it last month. Just not the app for me- but this month they charged me again. I contacted them to get the money refunded- cancelled the account AGAIN. Not having luck getting the money refunded. Buyer beware.
