I needed a fast turnaround certificate for a French event and Fit Certify dealt with it within 24hrs.

I entered the L'Eroica cycle ride in Tuscany, looking to ride the 81 km Gallo Nero route. UK riders require a medical certificate to confirm that they are fit to ride the route. I found Fit Certify online, having reviewed the online options. The Fit Certify website was easy to navigate. I was able to enter my medical history and then submitted with the fee which I thought was reasonable bearing in mind the time it would take to review my medical details and consider in the context of the event. I was sent the certificate later the same day which I uploaded to the L’Eroica website. The L’Eroica administrators accepted the certificate so I am good to go!

Doesn't add any value. The medical statement was not accepted for the Marmotte Granfondo and I needed an invoice, but they ignored all my emails.

Edit after response of FitCertify:
- Even after I handed in the FitCertify statement, the Marmotte required me to complete their own official medical statement, which is free of charge and sufficient — with or without the FitCertify statement.

- Up to today, I have received no response to three of my emails, sent to the provided email address below, each containing direct requests.

Certificate came back very quickly and was accepted by the Galibier Challenge Sportif. I was able to take part no problem.

Completed my certificate to the legislation standard required. Easy to use website. Provided an electronic copy via email, that I could upload to my event organisers website.

Very impressed with their turnaround time - saved me the stress of trying (and failing) to book an appointment.

Easy to apply, no issues getting the certificate on the same day - highly recommended if applying for this event or a similar one.

I used this site to fill in my template for the tuscany trail 2025 and was super impressed with the turnaround time. All being said, will use their services again in the future.
