Very Poor Communication
I contacted FitCookie with a view to purchasing some tubs of Isotonic 700g – ALLNutrition. I live in a VAT free jurisdiction and inquired about having this deducted from the final amount. This process took multiple telephone calls and emails before the company to agreed not to charge VAT. I then inquired about what flavours were available because I came across conflicting information online. Although I have never used this product before, I agreed to purchase £50 worth to take advantage of the free postage. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting to hear back from FitCooki for an update. No consumer should have to beg a company to provide information on their products - time to look elsewhere. I can’t in all good conscience recommend this company.
