Do NOT under any circumstances buy from this company. I have been waiting for five months for them to send my package and only the same bullshit excuses when I try to ask about the order. Also, they will not return money because of "company policy". Guess I lost my money.

Advertise ‘buy one get 2 free’ on shaper vests. I took this offer in January. About a month later, 1 arrived in the post (which is not a high quality product anyway, not worth the £30ish for 3, let alone 1), no sign of the 2 free. I contacted customer service and someone called ‘Clyde’ responded and I had to send various different photos of what I’d received (they often changed the goal posts and wanted different photos). I sent them all photos requested anyway. No response, so I chased, apologetic email saying ‘they’re committed to solving’ my issues and resolving, please bear with them. Another week or so passes, I chase again, similar apologetic email but no further along the line. To cut a long story short, the chase and apology email weekly loop is still ongoing with ‘Clyde’ and no hint of an explanation as to what the holdup is or when it will be resolved. I have come to the conclusion the responses are generated by an AI bot and that they are rip off merchants with no intention whatsoever of resolving the issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
