This is the third pair of Gracie sandals I’ve bought. They are just so soft and comfortable. I have them in black , white and tan which covers all bases. Highly recommended.

Loved the sandals. The colour and comfort were spot on but unfortunately the straps were too loose so they kept falling down at the back and off my feet, making them unwearable. Only wore them once for a short 10 min walk but had to stop to put the straps back on about 4 times so I had to return them.

Tracking says the return was received about a week ago but have not had any comms or refund.

You can't beat fit flops for quality, perfect fit and of course very comfortable. I always loved sandles but after injections for plantar facetious, I was recommended to use fit flop trainers as well.
Now I wouldn't buy any other brand .

Quick, straightforward ordering & quick delivery. Haven’t worn my sandals yet but feel very comfortable, look attractive and seem well made. This is my fourth pair of Fitflops ( different styles).

I bought the relief and recovery fit flop in black. I haven’t had these off my feet! They are sooooo comfortable. Love them.

Amazing first purchase with FitFlop! Actually the first pair I ordered were too big and customer service made the return/exchange so easy! I knew I would love these ballet flats once I received my correct size as I could tell from the quality, construction and comfort from the pair that were a little too long. I was excited waiting for the new size to come and honestly that says a lot about the company. I was still having a great experience even though I didn’t have the correct size yet. Once I did get my correct size, they did not disappoint! Beautiful and comfy, straight out of the box! For reference, I’m usually a size 7 with slightly wide feet. The 7 was a little too long but the width was ok so I exchanged for a 6.5 which is perfect. Now that I’ve got my size nailed down, I’ll definitely be ordering more shoes from FitFlop very soon!

Red fitflop wedge sandals. These sandals are lovely and very comfortable to wear. Only thing is the T-bar slides to the side of foot instead of centre when walking any suggestions on how to stop this? Good delivery.

This is the third pair of Fitflop Trainers I have owned and can honestly say they're the best I've owned. So comfortable you feel like you're walking on air. Delivery was very quick and there was good communication regarding my order.

They have good quality slippers! I ordered from Germany, as the website was found in German language, but when you have to ship back, which was necessary in my case to order a another size, you have to pay shipment to UK yourself. Bit of an unpleased surprise, but my own doing, I should have read properly where they are situated. Customer service is great!

I love fitflop walking wellies even though they start to leak after a couple of years. Sadly, I can no longer get full length wellies or coloured ones so was reduced to buying short navy ones. So I haven’t got the colour or length I want but I know I’ll be able to walk for miles in these so I’ll keep buying them for as long as that continues.

Hi, I’ve returned my pair of sandals, nothing wrong just to wide for me.
Unfortunately I still haven’t heard or seen my money back. Returned on may 22nd. I can see on the tracker that parcel has arrived but no email or money was returned yet and it is now may31st. Not too happy about that.
