I have been training with Sarah now for a few weeks and I am absolutely loving the sessions! I have had a few PTs over time but Sarah is by far the best, she is a lovely person and so fun to train with making the sessions enjoyable. I weight train with Sarah twice a week (1 upper, 1 lower) and always leave the gym feeling great, sessions are tailored and suiting to my goals perfectly. Communication is great and Sarah always answers my questions and gives me advice and tips. The gym is private but with lots of good quality equipment, good vibes, music on, dark setting and easy to access. Everyone is working with a trainer or in a small class so makes it easier and makes me feel more confident to work out. I love my sessions and cannot recommend Sarah enough!
