This shop is very bed ,survice very bed ,erery gaye waiting 20-30 min but he don't have food ,,this Sudan gaye not good

I ordered trainers from Fithouse trainers, a month later they still haven't arrived, I have sent several emails, and requested a refund, they do not have the decency to acknowledge receipt of the emails, let alone give a refund, and now when you use the link they sent confirming the order it comes up with another company called Little Sweet Baby, clearly this company are scamming people, surely they shouldn't be allowed to take people's money on the pretence of sending goods and then go on to create another company, which I am pretty sure they will continue to the same thing. Isn't this theft?, is there a governing body that we can complain to?

This company is an absolute joke. I order back in May. I was told there would be a delay on my delivery due to Covid which would have been fine especially if they stated that in the first place. They took my money I did track my item and Hermes did try to deliver but they are an absolute joke to as they could deliver it they sent it back ( don’t even get me started in bloody Hermes there a bloody disgrace as well)... Anyway managed to track my parcel which was sent back to China .... so this FithouseTraining is not a uk base company. I have sent emails, pm messages through messenger and very early on I did get a response back but there has been nothing for weeks and weeks. Steer clear of this company they are not in this country and you will be very lucky if anyone ever see their money again. This company does not deserve and any stars what’s ever a disgrace....

wish i had read these reviews before ordering... money taken from my account in 04.06.20 not received any form of communication or product.

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 13th July. It was supposed to be 24 hour dispatch but I had been waiting 3 weeks for delivery. It just said its on its way sorry for the delay. They gave me a deadline in July which came and went. Tried emailing them several times and got no answer so I reported it to my bank as a fraudulent business and bingo my trainers arrive the very next day! They are nothing like advertised. A cheap knockoff not even a brand name or size of shoe. With no way of getting a refund I am stuck with some unwearable piece of crap that are only suitable for indoor wear. AVOID this company like the plague! They are fakers! You can tell by their Facebook account as it doesn't even have an address! Total rip off!

Ordered in may took money out my account this is the 5 th August 2020 not happy at all been ripped of and have my credit card details and my personal details.

Ordered trainers. Since 19th of June. Still not received. Total scam. No replies to emails. I guess all those reviews on their website must be fake. Do not order from them rather try eBay they got same 1ns at least if anything goes wrong with the order eBay will refund you

This company is advertising on Facebook and still has their website on view.
I ordered 2 pairs of trainers on 23rd May and genuinly thought due to covid they have been delayed.
They have taken the money from my bank and I have emailed atleast 5 times asking for update from them
Not one reply.

Absolutely the same as the other reviews - I ordered a pair of trainers Over a month ago, money taken out of my account, nothing has been delivered, I've sent countless emails with proof and no response whatsoever - the telephone number on the 'website' is a foreign number (I think French) but you get charged. From reading these other reviews, this company is making one hell of a lot of money.

Fake site - Ordered fitness bands on the 2nd of may, told they would be dispatched in 24 hours, yet it’s the 28th of June now and after emailing them about 8 times and using their contact number (french) I have yet to receive any replies from this company, I only saw this product through snap chat advert, wont be doing that again. Fake site run by crooks !

It's not even worth a single star.
Ordered resistance bands on 3rd of May 2020, payed, received a confirmation by message. Said it will arrive within 10 days.
Its 28th of June, my order did not arrive, contact number is only for French people, no reply to emails (sent it at least 5). Thieves and frauds. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMEND. AVOID!!
Get yourselves something from amazon, arrives quicker. And the costumer service a ually exists...

Ordered Trainers weeks ago, tried emailing no reply, site is just saying sorry for the delay, having to go to my bank to register a fraud claim, absolutely disgusting, please Dont Touch this Site

Ordered trainers on 08/06/2020 looks like they will never arrive no contact phone number dose not work do not go anywhere near them clearly a scam.

Ordered two pairs of trainers on the 31st of May 2020. I received a confirmation email and order number. They have taken the money. Tracked my order. Items should have been here between 5 - 10 June 2020. My trainers items did not arrive! Received an email to say they would be delayed and should be with me, between the 10th -15th. They have still not arrived!!! They do not reply to emails and contact number is in France.
AVOID this website!!! .

Ordered two pairs of trainers on the 4th June 2020. I received a confirmation email and order number. They took money on the 6th June 2020. Checked on ‘Track my order’. Items supposedly should have been here between 14th-19th June 2020. Needles to say items did not arrive. They do not reply to emails and contact number is in France.
If their advert appears on your social media accounts, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
