BYD floor mats

I ordered "premium" floor mats and a boot cover. Allegedly these are custom made for the car and anti slip. In fact, they were extremely cheaply made, did not fit. And slipped. I tried to return them and they ignored me. Ended up getting a credit card chargeback. I don't think these people will be in business much longer.

Customer service non existent.

Company sent the wrong item, and has not responded to multiple emails/text to “customer service” number over a working week, to organise either the sending of the correct item, or a refund. While I am reasonably happy with the quality of the items that did arrive, the non-response regarding the rectification of the wrong item issue ensures that I will never order from these guys again and will go to a competitor from here.
Edit: only responded when threatened with ACCC reporting.

BYD atto 2 floor mat

I got a new BYD atto 2, I got the full set of the floor mat and they arrived before the car. The floor mat fit in perfectly and I’m not worry about getting my car dirty. And the sale associates are very punctual.

Cheap and no communication

Took forever to arrive and they don’t send updates with tracking info. The items for the glovebox and under storage compartment for our Sealion 7 were ok but the windscreen shield I bought is very cheap and flimsy so I am disappointed in that. Don’t know that I will brother ordering from them again

Dodgy company

Two bad experiences - the goods never arrived and the seller kept blaming Australia Post, although Australia Post confirmed that the items were never handed in for despatch. The second time, only one of two items arrived, and the seller is stonewalling my request for a refund - even though their website says "30 day ease of mind returns"
