It works if you work it!

I am so grateful I found William online when facing major back surgery at age 66 for severe spinal stenosis at L3/4/5, now 4 1/2 years ago.
I enrolled and invested into his hybrid programs for my rehab and have been faithful ever since. It wasn’t easy but it works if you work it!
I achieved a full recovery and conquered daily chronic pain! Best investment for myself I have ever made.

Can’t help but wish William had been around when I first struggled with back problems at age 42. I did all the wrong things back then and it added up over the years.

William is an a knowledgeable and…

William is an a knowledgeable and excellent coach. He guided me wonderfully through the program. From the first days with lots of pain until the end of the 12th week without pain or very little pain. I endorse him with my friends suffering from back pain all the time.

William’s program was extremely helpful…

William’s program was extremely helpful in helping me with long term strengthening of the proper muscles that help the back and was able to get my back pain under control. I highly recommend his program, but please followhis instruction to the letter.
