Excellent Customer Service
I recently purchased a Water Rower from Fitness Equipment NI. I have to say they were a pleasure to deal with. Luke in the sales team was always prompt to reply to emails and phone calls. He explained there was 10-12 week lead time on the order (with possibility of earlier delivery if more stock arrived sooner). We actually got it in about 8 weeks. In this day and age its always a pleasure to deal with a company where you can actually talk to a "human". I would definitely recommend Fitness Equipment NI for any sports equipment requirements.
