I have not purchased anything from them. And yet they took 40 pounds off me and thanks me for the payment. I received 4 text from them. How did thy took my money without me making any payment?

All the products were good! Specially the isolate protein. I would order it again :)

Love the products and composition of the ingredients. Also the tastes are very good. Only remark is that the shipment can take a long time before arrival. As I am informed, the products only get shipped on Mondays so depending on the order date, it can very quit some time.

The local package deliverer i Latvia has bad reputation, it is cheap but it was not possible to contact them, They call only once and then package is terminated so I had to wait several days. Otherwise all fine.

I am writing this claim in regards to a huge disgusting amount of £40.20 that was taken out of my bank as a form of a bill statement without any of my awareness. They have no legal right to make such a massive transaction without having no contact or getting me involved. I have spoken to the staff for a good hour or so frustrated, disappointed and violation of my human right to get my point across to the uneducated staff that are employed to this unwelcome company only then they have listened. I am hereby asking for what was once rightfully mine (£40.20) to be given back to me. With all due respect the day company got in contact with me was the same day I reply with the correct messages that would stop the transaction form accruing. Prove me if I am wrong but I am not in any fault as I have followed the legal standardised procedures. Further more, the customer service was appalling as they where ignorant idiotic moron that clearly sounded unqualified when I was trying to communicate with them. They simply did not want to solve the issue. So here I am wasting my time writhing this claim. I am a good law abiding British citizen and believe me when I make this statement. I will not tolerate this behaviour exceptionally coming from unloved unwanted and a freshy company like yourself. Give me back my money without a penny less. I will not be taking nor legal or illegal action and would be waiting for ur response.

the product is absolutely good. one of the best with 27g of protein for one scoop(40g). taste good and worth for money
