Do not go anywhere near this company.
I originally expected to buy through Bnodo, but it went to fitody.
The order was not the original price, no free postage as advertised, recurrent fee incurred (which I have stopped).
Inquiry via Paypal indicated no tracking number found, order number not recognized, no logistics provided.
I have lost $150 because I was not vigilant. Paypal no help. Not using them again either.
The offer was too good to be true!
Buyer beware.

On their invoice they leave a lot off.They nearly doubled the cost with add ons when I got the Paypal invoice. Hong Kong based. Impossible to get in touch with. Avoid this company like the plague.

I was scammed by this company also for approx. $150.00, Was charged 3 times for 3 different orders I didn't want.\Pay Pal was no help either.

This so-called company seems to be based in Hong Kong. Their Facebook adverts are designed to lure you in to an associated webpage called Metrafitra.com. They are supposedly selling their special weight loss product called GLP-1 which claims to help you come off the injected weight-loss products like Mounjaro etc. and maintain the effect. Worryingly they claim to be endorsed by the NHS and also Boots Chemists. It is very doubtful that you will ever receive anything and if you do, it won’t work at all. There is no mention of these health products on their webpage either.

i don't recall ordering anything from this company. I discovered the charges when I looked at my Paypal account. There is NO published phone number, but there is an email address, which is very similar to another email address. Trust Pilot rates them 21 out of 100 for honesty. I will be watching my accounts to see if there are other unanticipated charges. (grrrrr) It is EXTREMELY difficult to get someone to answer your questions. They will eventually answer your email, but not the exact questions you have asked.

I was charged a SHIPPING fee when it said there was FREE SHIPPING. I was charged an insurance fee, when I NEVER requested, insurance. A week later, I was charged and international FEE. I have attempted to contact SEVERAL times, WITHOUT reply. I have launched a complaint with PAY-PAL and if that doesn't work, I'll launch a dispute with my bank. I'm, also, going to report to the BBB. PLEASE, stay away from this FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! I gave it one star because you can't give any less.

SCAM..!!! Over charged and I don't even know what I am getting because they re-direct you as soon as you try to back space to find out. Over charged

I ordered from Ireland.It was said produced in Ireland no delivery costs for 41,96€.I paid by PayPal and they took 50,35€ without notice beforehand.Looked again in the advertisment( what I should have done earlier) and the company sits in China.I have reported the ad several times so that it can be taken down.End of story I canceled using the customer service on the same day and today PayPal wrote that I will get my money back tomorrow.

Total SCAM.

Its a shame you can't give them no stars, they overcharged, added on extras without me knowing and the product came with no instructions, I am dubious to even use the product as I do not know what is in it as there are no ingredients either. They should be held accountable and shut down.

Read their refund policy and then forget it as you have more of a chance of growing another head! Want a refund, you have to return the item to China and obviously you will want to have it tracked and signed otherwise they will say it never arrived. That's at your expense so you will end up spending more on postage than the refund you are trying to get!

Scammers. No response to cancellation. Charged but nothing received by me. No way of contacting them. Avoid

I tried to cancel the same day as ordering, no response , in my opinion they should not have shipped
Pay pal have ruled in their favour as I received the goods 😡

they added charges for handling and insurance that was not part of the initial offer. DO NOT DEAL with these people. I have asked my order to be cancelled. We will see what happens.

I would not rate it at all Be aware this is a scam I was charged extra for insurance and handling charges which wasn't on the invoice but extra was taken from my bank

This Company is a scammer! Be careful!
I paid $89.41 on May 16, 2025, to purchase the "venom-bee cream". They charged me more than the product cost and then sent some " Expired " ones. I sent multiple emails along with the images to inform them of the issue and ask to address, but they ignored all my messages and no response.

If there was a box for ZERO stars that's what I would give this POS CHINESE CO -- like an idiot I ordered something from them not knowing it was from China. That was on 5/18 and I never received anything. I ordered through PayPal thinking if there was an issue they could help me resolve it and PayPal is being anything BUT helpful
