The bikini I have ordered was way to small and I am trying to return. Their website form only allows to get a refund to a giftcard and I would like a return of money to my bank account. I have been trying to contact them for over a week now via email, whatsapp, instagram and there is no response. However, when I was contacting them before the purches to ask for sizes, they responded straight away.

Received swimming costume. Very happy with it. Postage a bit slow but it was coming from Spain to the UK. True to size/maybe run slightly small. The hemline runs a bit high but fine if you like that. Feels really good quality, hope it lasts as it was quite expensive. But it is sustainable and love buying from startup small companies.
