I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with FitPro. First of all let me say Teresa who is the Director at FitPro is lovely. I’ve spoken to her on the phone before and she is helpful and apologetic if you have an issue. However, there are clearly issues at FitPro HQ which is impacting on the levels of communication and service to its members.
I have been trying to use the £45 discount code that members get for their CPD since February with no success. The code should be available online when you log into your account but for some reason it wasn’t on my account profile.
After contacting FitPro via phone and email I waited over six weeks for a response. When I eventually received a response after chasing them up again I was given a code that didn’t work. I again contacted FitPro via phone - which ALWAYS goes to voicemail, and email and waited over 3 and half weeks for a response and then had to wait another few weeks before the code was issued after chasing up again.
I was informed it had been emailed a few days previously, an email I never received and was told had probably gone into my spam ( it hadn’t) which is odd because without fail I receive their monthly newsletters and any offers which never go to my spam.
I’ve just tried to use the reissued code which yet again hasn’t worked and on checking realised it’s the same code that was originally issued in March that didn’t work!
I pay premium membership - which has recently been increased - so I can have access to online membership benefits and expect calls and emails to be answered in a timely manner, and have easy access to my discount code to sign up to CPD courses smoothly.
What’s also frustrating is FitPro have just done a big online campaign for FitPro Live at Elevate via email and social media with posts and updates.
If you have time to post on social media then you need to make sure you also prioritise member issues who pay a membership which contributes to keeping the business going.
Considering leaving after many, many years.
Disappointed.
*update: Teresa reached out with an apology and membership offer that I accepted and I’m happy to say we have now resolved the issue.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. Trying to speak to anyone has been a complete nightmare, calls go unanswered, and the one time I did get through to someone, I was given entirely incorrect information.
Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to get in touch via both phone and email, with no response whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable. If I were facing a real issue or emergency with my policy, I dread to think how it would be handled.
As a result, I have now requested to cancel my policy. I no longer have confidence in your ability to support your customers, and even now I have had no response.
Would not recommend.
