I subscribed in May and after being told by my rheumatologist that I can’t be on GLP-1s, I let them know and wanted to cancel. I received a message saying they would forward my message to their billing team. It never went anywhere and I continued to be charged even though I never received any medication because I never completed my order due to my rheum’s advice. I was charged 4 times at $135 and when I asked for a refund they denied me every penny because my subscription was active. I had looked everywhere for a place to cancel in the beginning and there was nothing, which is why I messaged them to cancel. Suddenly when they denied my refund there was a place to cancel. Run away from this company- they basically robbed me and said it was my fault. Unprofessional and sneaky.

This is a scam. They changed my card without my consent twice as they have a membership program and refused to cancel it so I had to cancel my card.
