Excellent experience
Communication was very clear and the information was helpful and accurate. When I found the item cheaper in their English store, they were proactive in advising who to contact there. Then the price dropped in the German store and they answered all my questions about the VAT and any import duties.

Georgie at the Nottingham shop was amazing, he spent a long time with the wife and myself offering great advice and fantastic knowledge on the "Cross Trainers" we were interested in! He helped every step of the way and gave us a great deal, which beat anything on the internet! Superb customer service, thank you so, so, much! Dean and Ana from sunny Lincs.

Very poor delivery and communication
Very poor delivery and service. Website advertised 8-12 days delivery. Received the item after 28 days. Poor communication from fitshop who claimed they would revert to me with updates but never did unless reminded or pressed. I regret giving them my money.
