I ordered a replacement strap for my Garmin Venu 3 on Thursday. I got a notification to say it was dispatched that day. It arrived the next day. The strap is great. I ordered it in white. It really looks nice with the rose gold buckle. Overall, very happy with the purchase - Friendly customer service, fast delivery, great product. Would recommend Fitstraps.ie.

It gives the impression it is located in Ireland but is actually based in china. I wanted to buy from an Irish company. Tried to contact them but they do reply to enquirers. Will not use them again

Hi Hazel, thanks for your review. I'm sorry our service did not meet your expectations. Just to clarify that we are based in Ireland and not China. Your order was dispatched on time, from our premises in Ireland. However, it does appear that you order arrived 2 or 3 days late. You contacted us about it on a Saturday, and then left this review (on the same day) saying that we didn't reply. We replied on Monday (as our business closes on the weekend). So we had no proper chance to address the issue before you left this negative review. We tried our best to resolve the situation and offer you something in the way of compensation, but received no reply from you. Again, we are sorry for the late delivery.
If you want to buy from uk company this is not it. Pretending to be in the uk but in china
This company claims from uk which is why i bought from them in the first place however, item has now been shipped and is coming from china.
Will not buy from this company again.
