when the hose got a hole in it, they immediately replaced the hose. no shipping charge. the rep was very responsive. great customer service! i had saved the receipt and the packaging materials so i knew where to contact the company. i have purchased 3 of these hoses for my home and i have gifted hoses to others who admire my easy, light weight, no kink hoses.

Sophie at FITT.com helped me solve my problem which was a punctured hose. She answered my messages really quickly and I now have a working hose. I couldn’t ask for more. Great service.

I contacted the company asking how I could buy a replacement spray nozzle for my hose. Very promptly I received an an email with a direct link. Excellent service and great product

I was really impressed with the way in which FITT dealt with a warranty issue ~ my hose developed a leak ~ and having provided the necessary evidence, I was sent a replacement within a week ~ really prompt customer service ~ excellent

The hoses are great until they leak, then it seems they a pretty much impossible to repair as suitable hose connectors aren't available. Not that I should be having this problem, as the hose comes with a 5 year warranty and this hose issue only 9 months old. I have tried calling and emailing them to zero effect. Clearly they have no interest in customer service or honouring their warranty. Sadly, I have three more of these hoses, whichever I now regret buying.

Hose purchased two years ago started leaking, had 5 year warranty and was advised by supplier to contact customer services at FITT. I emailed with details, they responded really quickly with some justifiable questions about usage etc and quickly confirmed that they would replace the product. A few days later replacement delivered - didnt have to return the faulty one and they included a couple of extra bits including a hose hanger and tap connector....very happy and great communication from FITT throughout

I bought a Fittflo hose in 2019 and was very pleased with it, unfortunately when I began using it this year it developed a small leak. I contacted Sofia in their Customer Services, who was very polite and efficient.
Having provided all the evidence required to fulfill their guarantee, a new one arrived within a couple of days.
I cannot rate this service higher, I am even more delighted I purchased this excellent product

Had a problem with a FITT hose about half way through the 5yr guarantee period so contacted the customer service. I communicated with Sofia via email who dealt with my issue very efficiently and promptly. I would not hesitate to buy or recommend FITT products.
