The fitter was on time and promptly started to fit. He was polite and did a good job. As for the quality of the job there was a damage to a shelf which he said would be replaced. We still haven’t r... See more

Astonishingly bad.
As a tradesman I am embarrassed to have used this company. Some of the stuff that has gone wrong (more than once) is unbelievable.
The customer service seems good when you get through to them which builds up your hope that stuff will be resolved, but then they just let you down.
Order 63458 needs sorting.
I would not recommend using them at all.
I will be seeking compensation.

Very disappointed — the delivery was originally scheduled for the week starting 3rd November, but it has now been postponed to 24th November. This date is important to me, and I cannot accept any further changes. I have paid a £649 deposit. They are now not answering my calls, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Everything seemed perfect until I paid the deposit

They were great up until I paid. Then the problems started. Had my delivery date pushed back with no warnings, then wardrobe was delivered with 1 door missing and damaged panels. The fitter was great and said he would return when the damaged/missing items were delivered. Fittingly said these items would be with me within a week and I have not been able to contact them since and this was a month ago. No response to emails, no one answers the phone and they don’t call you back when you leave a vociemail. Have they gone bust?? They are owned by Sharps so I expect them to take this problem on.

I loved the CAD facility that I was able to use - which isn't to say that there isn't still a little room for improvement in the user interface.

Nice people to deal with reasonable comparative price

I spent over £10,000 on the wardrobe with Fittingly, but after five months, it’s still not completed — and no one seems to care.
My first designer left without notice, and no one followed up. After reconnecting and paying, I was promised priority delivery, which arrived in about three weeks. Everything looked fine until the fitter found missing and wrongly made parts, saying replacements would come in three days. That was the start of a nightmare.
Since then, I’ve dealt with three designers, six fitters, and constantly changing other staffs. Communication is terrible — no replies to emails, endless waiting, and I have to chase every update myself.
It’s shocking that a company selling “premium wardrobes” can treat customers this way. I truly hope management steps in, because this experience has been exhausting and disappointing. You can’t build a good brand if you don’t look after your customers.

Sales were handled swiftly with full payment taken upfront, but the installation experience has been disappointing. Our order was placed in June, and months later we’re still waiting for completion — including unresolved snagging and a missing wardrobe door.
Fitters are subcontractors, and while some are excellent, consistency is hit-or-miss. We’ve been calling daily for updates, yet progress remains slow. We’re unable to move into our loft bedroom due to the outstanding work.
If all issues are resolved soon, we may revise our rating. However, given the extended disruption, we expect appropriate compensation.
Updated- no we did not have to revise the rating!!!!

Delayed delivery due machine failure.
Told I had an AM delivery- received email the night before at 17.25 stating I would receive a PM delivery the following day- rang to say it wasn’t convenient and of course the office was closed which meant I had to ring around family to make alternative arrangements.
I arranged my own fitter experienced in fittingly- doors to cupboards appeared 30mm oversized. Apparently this was intentional (but atypical). At no time during the 2 days I had the fitter booked did anyone come back to myself or the fitter to confirm this, despite numerous phone calls and emails our end. 2 panels were delivered damaged and needed replacing. This was relayed to fittingly over 2 weeks ago and despite me following this up on 3 occasions they have not been in touch with a delivery date. I was due to have my wardrobes fitted at the beginning of October and all I have to show for the best part of £5000 is a pile of wood.
The company are very attentive until they have your money, after that they fall off the radar. I cannot think of a time I have received such poor after care and “customer care”.

We opted for a self-assembly media unit following on from our initial discussions with Fittingly Ltd. who we were referred to by Sharps. The parts arrived fully labelled to ensure a methodical construction could be carried out. Unfortunately, there was a glitch or two which were swiftly resolved by Rob Scanlon. Rob was also always on the end of the ‘phone/email to support. My husband is a capable 73 year-old but not a professional cabinet maker. However, he did it and we are incredibly pleased with the result which is robust but aesthetically attractive. We would certainly recommend Fittingly Ltd. if you are looking for a well-designed unit by a good, dependable company who are committed to improving and developing.

There are two levels of communication with the company -
1) the absolute hounding you will get when they are trying to get your money. I had loads of phone calls and emails, they basically would not leave me alone until I committed to a video call, then they wouldn’t leave me alone until I committed to another call to measure and pay up.
2) absolute silence. Once paid, can’t get them to communicate. I was told there would be delays due to machine problems (?) but there was no other info given.
EDIT: I left it a week and contacted them again, I have been given a delivery date. I’m not sure if this would’ve been given to me had I not rang.

We were recommended Fittingly after getting a previous quote from Sharps. We were in the market for a fitted wardrobe and dressing table to create a dressing room. The quote from Fittingly was 30-35% cheaper than what we were quoted from Sharps.
Design- We booked a virtual consultation with our designer Beth who managed to create our vision and show us 3D renders. We then had our technical design consultation with Alex and we were amazed at the attention to detail to make sure our design functioned and fit perfectly. Our measurements were tweaked to the last millimetre and our designer was very clever at working around different obstacles such as making sure our doors didn't collide with objects such as a windowsill. Be aware this is very in-depth and can take a couple of hours to complete.
Delivery- The delivery was the unfortunate area where Fittingly really let things slip, our delivery date was initially failed because we were told that the driver had broken down, however we wasn't informed of this until after our delivery slot had lapsed and we had to chase Fittingly to find out what was happening, this was an issue in itself because they only have sales staff working on a weekend so if you need any assistance then there is nobody to help you.
Our delivery was rescheduled for the following week and our driver was several hours late. However, the driver himself was excellent, showing both courtesy and professionalism throughout the delivery. He carefully and effortlessly got our pieces where they were required and was careful not to damage any of our property.
We had several parts to our order, the wardrobe doors and drawers came packaged in cardboard. Most of the parts were not packaged but this was not an issue, they had been carefully loaded into the van with polystyrene, none of our parts were damaged on arrival.
Installation- We opted for a DIY installation, as we were in the fortunate position to have a family joiner with over 40yrs of experience to help us.
The labelling system is really easy to understand and separate into what items go where throughout your build process.
If you're ordering this and expect it to go together like an IKEA wardrobe with a screwdriver and hammer then be very aware that this furniture really requires some real experience and specialist tooling to get the best finish where everything lines up perfectly and functions perfectly. We used a plunge saw to cut our trim pieces and even then they take a lot of fine adjustment to get the perfect fit.
We also had to use spacers to get the drawers lined up as they don't feature lateral adjustment, nor does Fittingly provide these spacers. Additionally while there are instructions included, they are very basic and not tailored to your specific order.
Finish- The quality of the materials exceeded our expectations. The materials are well made and heavy which adds to the overall feel. The finish feels bespoke, don’t let the price fool you into thinking the quality is inferior to their competitors.
Overall our experience with Fittingly exceeded our expectations, we are delighted with our new fitted furniture. The process was very easy and our design was made timely. We do feel that Fittingly do need to sort out the logistics and communication of the delivery process as this tainted our experience.

Our journey with Fittingly was just awful. They were recommended to us by Sharps. We had our two consultations and paid the balance due after the second meeting. We had to chase for a delivery and fit date - left numerous message and received no response - eventually after over two week I received an e mail response and call. It took a few weeks to sort out a fitting / delivery date which was set for 24th to 26th September. Delivery was awful no calls until I chased - the driver turned back to go home about 20 minutes from our house. So after over 4 weeks no good delivered or fitted. I had to chase for new dates for two weeks calling non stop until I got an answer. We agreed to find our own fitters as it would make delivery quicker for us - asked for a fitting refund. We received delivery on the 15th October and the units are currently being fitted. If you think you can do this yourself don't try - it is complex and the quality of the cut of the pieces is poor - our joiner was not impressed at all. When it says a degree of skill is required that not the case - you need to be very experienced. In any event I had to chase the refund for a good week or more as well and eventually phoned Sharps to complain who took the matter forward for us. That being said the staff I feel sorry for they were having to fobb us off all of the time - and they were very pleasant to deal with. Would we use them again - NO without any doubt.

Please be very careful with fittingly, not at all recommended.
I was recommended to fittingly by sharps. I placed the order with fittingly and made a full payment upfront on 20th September 2025 and from here my painful journey started.
I was suppose to receive an order confirmation email which never happened. After repeated emails and calls the team confirmed my order on 29th September 2025 with a tentative delivery date of 20th Oct 2025.
20th Oct passed away with absolutely no communication from fittingly. Called them on 20th Oct 2025 for checking the status and on the call they told me that the delivery date has been shifted to 29th Oct 2025 and that delivery team will call me by 21st Oct 2025; again as expected no one called. Called them again on 21st Oct, again same answer, "someone will call by 22nd Oct"; again nothing happened. Now they have stopped picking the call.
As per the commitment the wardrobes should have been delivered and fitted within 3 weeks of ordering; however even after 4 weeks fittingly has not connected for scheduling a delivery or fitting. Till dating waiting for my order.
Please avoid, unless you intend to embark on the same painful journey.
After lot of chasing material was delivered on 29th Oct 2025, now I am in the same loop, chasing fittingly to arrange for a fitter. Same old story, "someone will call you back" and again no one called.

The customer experience recieved since placing an order with Fittingly has been nothing short of shocking!
The process of purchasing the fitted wardrobe was quite slick, and the guy I dealt with on the video call taking measurements etc was really good, but sadly that is where the professionalism ends! Since paying over £1,200 for my order I have heard NOTHING, literally NOTHING, no update emails, calls, nothing.
I have called 6 times now for an update on my expected delivery date, on the first 4 occasions I was told they'd look into it and call me back with an update, never received a call back! On the 5th time I called I got told 'a machine had broke down and they were experiencing delays', the lady would look into it as the machine would hopefully be fixed that day, I was again promised a call back the following day with an update. Surprise surprise the phone call never came. I have again called up today, still unable to give me an update and once again promised a call back in the next 24hrs.
Honestly, the customer service us an absolute joke!! It feels like once they get their money they couldn't give a toss about the customer. Seriously regretting my choice to use Fittingly.
Oh.... and I've still not recieved my order or a date when I can expect it!

Absolutely rubbish. They have no after sales service and I have been left with a half finished job. They are incompetent and don't care about customers once they have your money. Avoid!
EDIT. Fittingly did not reply to my email, but some of the missing parts did turn up and the incorrect parts were taken away. Today a fitter has unexpectedly turned up just as I was going out. Absolute shambles.

The wardrobe equivalent of a double glazing company that need to learn that customers have lifetime value .
When you order a blue and oak combination, the designers are not imaginative enough to suggest that the blue and oak cabinets actually match the wardrobe, , or vice versa
The horrid blue end panels are also a different finish to the doors.
But it seems it’s my fault for not knowing what I want or what they actually can offer, as I quote, ‘We build your dream wardrobes’, but when you tell them they haven’t and you express dissatisfaction they aggressively argue with you and tell you should know !
I’m sorry that my crystal ball didn’t work
Then I stupidly thought a fitted wardrobe would fit to the ceiling, but that, I’ve been told, is the job of filler along with hiding the chip the fitter made on the end panel .
But they offered me a favour in so far as for only £100 extra, on a £3k spend ! they will change my end panels to the oak they should have creatively offered and replace the panel they damaged and the one that doesn’t match !
On the second attempt the tops of the bedside cupboards are cut to the wrong size, and they filled the freshly cleaned house with sawdust as he wouldn't work outside
The most expensive £100 ever as I move onto a serious attic conversion and take on a Barn renovation with 5 bedrooms.. and write this review !
Don’t go here. They insist on full payment up front, Withhold fitting money if you stupidly do so The management are too important to talk to customers when you request, and the office staff have no idea how to talk to customers . They clearly think the world of jobs is secure. I hope they go bust ! Kodak were invincible once upon a time !
All they really want its your money and the don’t give a F… thereafter. Fools from the management down it would appear . Be aware they are part of Sharps . I didn’t go to them as their reputation is not good. Happy days

It was over a year ago now. I found Fittingly on line. The process of ordering, visiting the showroom then having wardrobes fitted was a very smooth process. There are no complaints. Very happy with end result.

So where to start. Introduced to fittingly by sharps. Decided on them as their units seemed better being solid. Paid up front (big mistake). Units delivered and fitted beginning of September without any protective packaging. So several parts were damaged. Fitted they look really nice, but their aftersales service/contact is awful. They are full of apology but now am still waiting for my replacement parts to arrive. Again no contact from them to advise. I have waited to see if they will fulfill their promise but again they have not. After paying over £6k I feel very disappointed and let down. I would not recommend this company. So After 2 failed attempts of delivery of spare parts. I have had a delivery this morning and several items are still missing. This experience is getting worse and worse. Hanging rail still missing. 2 small drawers still missing. How many times do I have to complaint?
