We travelled by bicycle from Frankfurt to amalfi and then Rome. We needed to get our “ boxed” bicycles at Fiumicino Airport, which provided a challenge. There were many operators that did not fill us with confidence re fullfilling their promises in a timeous manner. We needed to be collected at a certain time, then needed to travel 13km to the other side of Rome to collect our “ packaged and boxed” bicycles, and then onwards to the airport. The company provided us with Nico’s( our allocated drivers whatsapp number) do we could contact him, if anything came up. This was great for confidence, and reliability as we now knew the driver would show up and we would not miss our flight to Namibia ( Africa)
Nico , was early and notified us of his arrival. We slipped through the gectic Rome traffic, collected the bikes and in no time we were at the airport. The company promised a Mercedes van , and he arrived in a very clean , meticulous , newish van, which made the ride even more enjoyable. Nico was super proffesional and arrived in a crisp black suit . It was a super proffesional experience, as we have had numerous taxi rides in Rome and the drivers are opportunists and often take vhances. FiumicinoShuttle company enquired as to our luggage quantities and sizes , emailed a PDF quote and whatsapp’d it. We made a 10% card deposit payment, the day before to secure the booking, and paid the balance to the driver on arrival at the Airport. They were extremely well priced considering the space required for two boxed bicycles. I can promise you, you will not do better in Rome, or in fact anywhere, if you are looking for a premium shuttle service. I strongly recommend them without any reservations

On a recent cruise out of Civitavecchia, my wife and I used Fiumicino Shuttle for all of our transfers. From FCO to Rome, Rome to Civitavecchia, Civitiavecchia to Rome and Rome to Fiumicino. Their sevice was excellent. The cost was reasonable. The driver was friendly, professional and very skilled. The vehicle was a newer, well kept Mercedes. If you are coming to Rome to visit or taking a cruise out of Civitavecchia, I would highly recomend using Fiumicino Shuttle.

Our transfer transportation fell through the day before so during the night we started exploring other options. My husband found them on the internet and I messaged them through WhatsApp. By early morning I had a communication they were looking for a driver and confirmed with all the info. When the first driver didn’t arrive as expected they quickly sent another driver. The driver was very professionally dressed, very nice and the sedan immaculate. She drove safely but efficiently to the port and breezed through tolls and check points with her credentials. She dropped us off right at the Celebrity doors. We are so thankful for a great last minute experience and hope to use them on the way back to the airport.

Fast & affordable. 5 stars!

We visited in Rome a week ago. We were 4 adults with two children 2.5 y.o. and 8 mo’ with lot of luggage and two different addresses, that made our case very complicated. Before arrival I’ve checked the different options of transfer from Fiumicino and back and I’ve found Fiumicino Shuttle. First of all their internet site was very friendly, the price too. They are connected with me by what’s up very quickly, so It gave me the opportunity to ask all the questions about our trip.
Our flight has landed about 45 minutes later, it means the driver waited us about 40 minutes more. He helped us in everything: trolleys, children chairs, puzzle with the luggage, answered all the questions and all this with smile and very heartily.
The driving itself was perfect too.
The back flight has delayed for an hour. And the number of luggage grew up :)
I’ve connected with the company and informed them about it. The answer was:” No problem, everything ok” without additional charges.
As i said before there were two addresses. The car has arrived exactly on time to both!
It was the same driver and his excellence was the same!
In conclusion: Perfect service! Perfect staff! Perfect company! Bravi!
