It was easy to purchase, nothingcomplicated fast shipping, easy to contact and find information if something went wrong. Everything was perfect ❤️💯🔥

I am afraid, I have to downgrade this e-commerce from two to one star.

They asked me to delete this review to get my money back. Then I accepted to have only half money back and leave my review so that other people read my bad experience, but they didn't pay it yet and they also don't answer my mails any longer.

Meanwhile, their "puffer jacket" got a hole in just one week use.

I don't recommend it and I won't buy any longer from them.

Here my initial comment:

Made in China:
Shipping takes a lot of time because items are made in China.
They state the business was "found in the UK" on their website, but items are shipped from Shenzen since they are made there. There is no reference to this on their website.

I received what I've ordered for EUR 49 (full price would be 110, as stated on the website). Size is ok (I followed their recommendation), and yes it's puffy, but the outer nylon layer is very thin. I see no particular quality as respect to common, cheaper items, but it's my opinion.

Very quick response, very kind. The two stars are for them.

Return policy:
I won't send it back since I would have to pay return shipping costs.

False label:
Weird but true: the label inside the jacket as well states "100% cotton"... why that? Just curious.

Aiming at becoming viral, but quality?
They give you a discount to apologize for "unexpected delays", they offer free items to those who promote their outfit on social media and also state clients have a chance to win a PS5, ipod etc. They aim to go viral.
