Very disappointed with both the product…

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service from 5 Oceans.

The anchor chain I purchased showed premature deterioration and left black residue all over my deck during retrieval. After a rough night at anchor, I no longer felt confident trusting it.

I contacted customer service multiple times and responses have been inconsistent or absent. At this point, I do not feel comfortable purchasing more chain from them and question whether the product matched the quality described.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company .
