Best of breed CRM for lead generation
We migrated over to FiveCrm (previously CallPro) roughly 3 years ago. The ease of data handling has been transformative when setting up new projects. Customisation is very easy and almost limitless. Our methodology requires the presentation of data to the account manager in a single screen view - something no other CRM has managed to achieve. Click to dial and call recording is critical and FiveCRM handles this beautifully, which speeds up training and development massively. If there has been a single issue it has been developing reports across a range of client needs - the support and help from FiveCRM team has been excellent and we've made significant progress. On any user or technical issue that arises the support team again have proven to be knowledgeable, reliable and easy to deal with. We still work on other CRMS with our clients so have comparative experience across practically all the leading CRM packages, none of which, from a telemarketing perspective, are any near as good as FiveCrm.
