Good burger, little boring, no searing on the burger which gives a better taste but the fries were over salted and half of them were over cooked. Gave me a stomach ache.

Just ate at Haines Road York PA location. Called order in when got there had no clue of order. Fries were raw and smothered in salt.Burgers were raw in the middle. Was once my favorite place to eat but will never return. They hire people who don’t care about customer service. After paying ask to see receipt to see what we ordered!

They have no combos

They have no combos. For $11, I thought maybe I'd get a drink and som fries. First of all our order came to $86. We had to back up and check our order. 3 Burgers, 3 little fries, and 3 little drinks. Wow, we decided to get the burgers only. They took off the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions and gave us bacon cheese burger. We paid $38 for 3 double cheese burgers. I declare they will not last. I'm going to the other burger places that don't rip people off.

Couldn't expect such a bad hot dog for that expensive price.
Feels like a bad joke. Didn't even finish it.
Something that's worth less than 0.50€ at home, it's charged for 6.75€ at the restaurant. And the service wasn't even fast.

My wife & I ate there on Monday

My wife & I ate there on Monday, 8/22/22. We had eaten there numerous times before, but this last experience ended it all. We were the ONLY customers in the room at the time. We ordered a hamburger and bacon burger and a small order of fries. The order was entered improperly and I had mayonnaise and onions on my burger. The onions were ordered for the baconburger, not mine, and both of our orders were ordered with mayonnaise on the side, not on the burger. I swapped my top bun that had mayonnaise & onions on it with my wife's which was dry. Then, I had to go to the counter to get the mayonnaise that was supposed to be included on the side, but it wasn't in the bag. What a mess! How can you flub an order with no other customers there? Maybe if they would turn the volume down on that loud hard rock bar music that you must endure while trying to have an enjoyable meal, they could better understand your words when ordering? The burgers have real small meat patties that are tasteless! The fries and the free roasted peanuts are the only part of the order that had taste. NEVER AGAIN!!!

If I could give Five Guys a ZERO star I…

If I could give Five Guys a ZERO star I would. We waited for 25 minutes for ONE hamburger...ordered with pickles and mustard ONLY. This was to go...I drove home, opened it and it had lettuce, ketchup and onion..but the ticket said pickles and mustard only. I called the store and they told me a manager would have to call me back...that happened...he was very nice and said it is not Five Guys policy to have me come the next day for the right hamburger....I had to get a refund gift card by mail...I gave him my mailing address and 3.5 weeks later we have nothing,,,NEVER GO BACK awful customer service and all I wanted was my hamburger that I paid 8.50 for to be made right and then to promise me something and never follow through...awful!

Long day driving to Ft Collins from…

Long day driving to Ft Collins from Dallas. UBERED 5Guys. They took 40 min to make a $12.00 burger, delivered cold, and did not send my $6.00 cajan fries. Crazy overpriced and can’t even manage to complete the order, much less timely. They sidestepped basic customer service by telling me I had to work through UBER to solve their problem. Can’t make this up.

FAIL

Not the greatest. Seemed really greasy and expensive. Their site SUCKS if you're trying to order. Constantly goes dark and freezes like there's something just off screen that you need to clear, but can't.

5Guys on S Noland Rd Not What It Once Was

The location in independence mo on south Noland rd had gone from a solid 5 start to 3. Yesterday I ordered little hamburgers with toppings. The quality of the burger was very good. They were barely any grilled mushrooms, 2 per burger, and fewer onions than on the competitions hamburgers. I’m spending quite a bit of money here, and I expect a generous amount of toppings. Raise the price 50 cents a burger if you have to, or charge a little for the toppings if your profit margins is tire issue.

Tasteless and expensive

First.... and last.... visit to the Highland Ranch location. Or ANY 5 Guys for that matter. Tasteless burgers and dogs. No flavor to the ground beef at all. I assume it was low fat 90/10 variety. The prep crew drowned the burger in mustard. The only topping I asked for so they must have assumed it needed to be heavily applied. (They did the same to the hot dog. Both rolls were coated with mustard making them inedible.) The supposedly "kosher" beef hotdog was split lengthwise and obviously fried on the grill. Tasteless because opening and cooking a hot dog this way removes all the favor. Charcoal grilled with the outer skin pierced by forks used to turn over the dog is how a hot dog is properly cooked. (Maybe visit Ted's Hot Dog stands in Buffalo NY to learn how its properly done.) They make a big deal about cooking their french fries in peanut oil but the result is droopy french fries.

Prices are simply ridiculous. And they expect a tip for counter service! The food all gets bagged up and handed to you even when you tell them you are going to eat it there.

5 Guys apparently is one of those "cool" places to eat at in Highland's Ranch. So the suburban moms and dads are happy to be seen ordering there. Truth is, a McDonalds cooked to order double quarter pounder is cheaper and better tasting than 5 Guys. And IN-Out Burger has nothing to worry about.

I honestly have no idea why people would pay that much money for such tasteless food. I certainly won't ever again.

5 Guys too expensive.

Sorry 5 guys. Your prices are way too high for the money! $10 for a freaking hot dog? You don't even offer combo meals. So it's $10.00 for a hot dog, and $5.00 for fries and then a drink?? Not worth $20.00 for fast food. Ease up on your prices or you'll price yourself out of business!!

Hugely overrated and overpriced food

Hugely overrated and overpriced food. Their burgers are no different from Burger King apart from being twice the price. Their, so called, BLT consists of overcooked, charred scraps of bacon that looked like they had been swept off the floor. All of the outdoor seats were covered in bird crap. This is a rip-off joint that serves poor quality food based on some deluded belief that they are "special". No wonder the place was empty when we were there.
