I don’t really give write ups but I was so impressed with the service given, my decking furniture is of the highest quality and I’m over the moon with it! It really finishes off my garden. Thankyou Abbie and the team!

Very disappointed.
Only recieved half of the furniture and it’s taken 6 weeks to even have an appointment slot for the other half to come.

No cover sent which I also paid for!

Loved the look but the first bit of rain(light shower) has made the cushions go white (when they are grey) in places - very disappointing!

I do not recommend this company, I purchased a rattern furniture set , and 2x cocktail bars.

After constant mess around with delivery dates . We finally received the furniture.
What we received is not what we asked for .

The glass surround had no clips
One stool had no cushion and was faulty
And we were given two cooler stools in brown not grey instead of our cocktail bars.

After ringing up again and emailing in.
We were told they were sent to us and the cocktail bars I’ve set up with finance already to pay for aren’t actually in stock for another 3 weeks.

I was told as a good will gesture I can keep the little stools even tho one is broken basically Be grateful essentially.

So fast forward to today I have had two cushions arrive not the stool and they’re a different colour.

Also our gas ignition is faulty and doesn’t work.

I’ll be honest the furniture it’s self is stunning, but the customer service and speed is shocking.

I feel completely let down, by this company and won’t be ordering from them again.

Abbie was amazing, she sorted my order and arrange faster delivery!

Perfect experience. Abbie was amazing, such personal help. Delivery exactly as promised. The guys put my furniture where I'd asked them too.

Abbey the person who I spoke to was really king and managed to get the right size table I wanted as it wasn't on the website will definitely be using again.

Delivery meant to be in 14 days, and I'm still waiting! No communication , i had to chat to them twice and was given wrong information!
Shocking!!

Just to update I still have not received my delivery, apparently I never answer the text that they sent, which I never received!! I asked for manager to call me ( Natalie) she did and again not listening what I was saying, so I asked to cancel the order and still waiting for their reply which should be in 24 hrs… ( not received yet of course…)

This company is a scam, don’t believe in their deals!

From this company and I couldn’t be happier it’s beautiful there was a few hiccups with the delivery which is why I gave four stars Abbie was brilliant sorting out last minute express delivery for me thankfully :) would deffo recommend will order from them again ! Thankyou :)

Thank you for the delivery guys, my items arrived safely. Though it came 2 weeks later then expected due to courier issue, I'm happy with the products.

Abbie was extremely helpful, very informative and professional. Helped out a lot for me to arrange payment and delivery over the phone.
