The process was very easy I ordered my new washer online they then rang me with a delivery time which was very accurate and removed my old washer free of charge.

Very clear website with all products listed with full information, easy payment method online, made the order yesterday afternoon the freezer was delivered next morning . Put into position and old unit taken away with all packaging.

Excellent service very helpful same day delivery for a much needed dryer

The helpful sales lady explained the different tumble dryers. I chose the one I wanted and it was delivered and fitted within the expected timeframe.
Both the sales lady and installer explained the main points of how to use it.

Good price, prompt delivery

Dishwasher fitted today. Excellent Customer Service in the shop and especially with the fitter.
He turned up on time, was respectful of our property, took out our old integrated dishwasher and replaced with a new appliance. All packaging and old machine taken away - £60 charge - fabulous value for money.

This is the second time I have used Five Star Euronics in a couple of months. This time it was to upgrade an aging American Fridge Freezer. Due to the size of this machine access was awkward meaning doors etc had to be removed from the appliance. Never did it once phase Ian and his team and the appliance was put in place, without a hitch. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Had a new dishwasher fitted today with no problems and took old dishwasher away! Excellent service from start to finish - thank you! ☺️
