This is a false review. We are not a scam.
We cannot find any property called Hanks House on our platform and have no record of it being listed by us. We do not add properties without owner consent.
Our platform is used by property agencies to advertise properties they represent. If this property appears anywhere, it would be through an agency feed, not us directly — and we would address it immediately once identified.
As it stands, this review is inaccurate and damaging to our brand. It should be removed. If you believe otherwise send us an email to Admin@fivestar.ie

Our guide dog is not allowed to be with us in a bedroom
We are a couple of visually impaired people. We have a guide dog. When we made an appointment to view a double room we wanted to rent, we explained that we have a guide dog. They said 'it's fine. Please, take your doggy with you.' But when we came to view the room, they said to us that our guide dog can not be with us in the bedroom. His place is near the entrance only. So our journey from Clare to Dublin was for nothing. When I sent them a letter about this case, i got an answer, according to which, It's absolutly correct case, when a guide dog is prohibited to move in the house and as a result sometimes is separated from the owner...

Was disappointed with the level of service and follow up considering the name.
Would be slow to go back to them in the future, price was competitive but would have been willing to pay more for better service. My advice is to keep trying and you could be five star some day if you try harder but the name needs to match the service
