This is my first time using their service. I have always used the airline website services directly, and I must say Elijah my travel expert has been exceptional. My ticket was booked with no fuss, exemptional value for money. Elijah responded to my emails within minutes if not seconds. I truely felt like I was being catered for personally. 5 star service indeed.
PS. I thought using third party services was a thing of the past but I beg to differ now.

When I started drowning with numerous searches of a good flight itinerary for my planned journey this summer, I was lucky enough to step on the path which led me to fivestars, especially to our profesional consultant Jack Starling!

Jack Starling is amazing. He found great tickets in a short time frame and made it so easy throughout the booking process. This is the best experience I’ve had with an agent. My agent is James Isaac. I found 5 Star Airways through an advertisement for their website, I filled a quick questionnaire asking for date of travel and destination, while I was filling out the info, in my mind I was thinking this is a waste of time I'm never going to hear back from anyone. I was completely wrong. I received a prompt callback from James and he already had flight options for me. I told him I was on s budget and they were out of my price range. He told me he would call me back with less expensive offers. I said no problem and immediately went shopping for myself. He called me back shortly and much to my surprise he beat every price that I found and it was on what turned out to be a superior airlines, in fact , the nicest airline I've ever flown, and I have flown all of the US airlines. It was with Turkish Airlines. If you have the opportunity to fly this airline, I highly recommend it. I flew economy class. We were fed 3 meals, good meals , the best airline food I've had in past 30 years, I fly Miami to NY often, you get a coke and bag of chips. Aside from the meals, the inflight entertainment offered 588 different movies to choose from, and many more tv shows, which made the 12 hour flight much more bearable. I will use 5 star airlines everytime I travel. If you choose to use them, ask for James, you'll be thrilled with his service.
