Five Star Professional Reviews

I've been blessed to have received this prestigious award several times. Each time the customer service is so helpful with helping me get things setup. They take the time to walk me thru the process, making sure that I understand the steps involved. I have never been disappointed by this company because they do what they say they are going to do. 5 Star Professional ALWAYS delivers 5 Star Service!!!

FIRST of all, I love the fact that 5-Star does so much screening when it comes to those who finally get selected. Such recognition enhances my credibility by setting me apart from all of the uneducated, untrained and unscrupulous Con-Artists, Crooks and Charlatans who are only looking to tell lies just to make a fast buck.

My contact person made the whole process so easy and was not pushy in any way to make additional purchases. It’s an award for our work in real estate without any strings.

The staff was very easy to work with and things were thoroughly explained to me.

Everyone was responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Five Star representatives are always professional, helpful and ready to assist.

Love the communication, the awards, and the ease of marketing with the help of Five Star Professional!

Great service with professional people backing me up and making sure I use my award to the best possible effect.

I really appreciate the interest in my needs and the follow up support in making the best use of the tools Five Star provides that I purchased.

Great service and market opportunity.

Megan Reiss was extremely patient, professional and caring and that made all the difference to me.

A great experience, all members of five star have been excellent. Follow up is timely and idea sharing has been generous.

It is too early to write a complete review. I invested in the same package in 2019 for 2020 and then Covid hit and that was a waste of money. But it wasn't Five Star's fault. It was just the circumstances. So now I've started the process for 2023. We've just gotten started. So far so good but it is too early in the process to really rate my experience.

Honesty and integrity in one's work, all things I had given up hope as existing in this world these days. However, both my home selling and buying experience with Janie renewed my hope that these qualities still exist. I'm not an expert on homes by a long shot especially when it comes to identifying a well built and structurally sound home. Sure, I know the obvious that I can see but not the not so apparent. This, among other areas, is where Janie and Dave shined. It was apparent early on that they were not out for just a sale and commission. Janie and Dave took the time and had the patience with me through out the entire home selling and buying process. I had many questions to say the least and felt very overwhelmed by the whole process. However, because of the honest, straightforward, and caring approach I knew I would be ok because of them. I can't say enough kind words about my experience with Janie and team at Janie Schriewer & Associates. It was so nice to have the peace of mind that I bought the best house my money could buy because of Janie and team. Thanks to them there is no buyer's remorse and I love my new home that much more. You are seriously missing out if you don't go with Janie Schriewer & Associates.
