Awful service, very few choices. So unsatisfied. Will not order from them again.

I had purchased a voucher of fivestarverrassingsreizen from social deal app in Dec 2022. When I tried to book my travel with their website, after putting all information, I tried to put the coupon code voucher worth 250€ with the actual voucher price of 150€, it didn’t work. I says the code is invalid/redeemed. I contacted a couple of times to social deal app for the complaint and refund. Both companies did not provide me the refund. First, their was a constant error coming from fivestar mail address. Social deal says, they cant provide refund as its not their voucher.
Five star company replied later in 29 Dec 2023, it says now the voucher is still valid and i can use it. Also, I can use it out if its validity date (strange). That means I have to plan my trip based on usability of their voucher, this is not fair. They are again trying to put it on social deal and not providing any refund.

I will say please don’t buy these vouchers. I can share all the mail conversions proofs to trustpilot or whoever want it to sue such a company.

Also, i am trying to find a legal way to fight with them for my hard earned money.

I bought their voucher from Social Deal (the voucher is for accommodation and flight) and used it to reserve a trip.
we received a confirmation letter, and it was just a flight reservation, and it didn't have accommodation information, so I called the Social Deal and their support, but none of them didn't help me. They just passed me on to each other.
I also checked the flight website and saw that the ticket price for that time is about 35 euros per person, even though I paid 200 euros.

After lengthyong discussion with them, it has been more than one week since they didn't respond to my last email.

I think this website is kind of scam; they gave less information and get your money.

What went off before all this?

I have number of vouchers that I would like to redeem for upcoming trips. Unfortunately it is not going to be any soon because of COVID19 and the only thing I would like is just to extend my vouchers validation.

Five Star Travel is the provider of the flights and was auctioned by another party (where I got vouchers from) that uses paid 0900 number, which Five Star Travel can be reached on. This has not been completely fair as I obtained the vouchers from the third party and was not even a customer with Five Star Travel. Through many calls and emails I was still referred to paid 0900 number of Five Star Travel what is being managed by the third party!! No responsibility, wrongful referral and poor customer service helpdesk and not fair towards Five Star Travel.

Unfortunately in my case something went wrong and I spent a total of 82 minutes on hold where 60 cents was charged per minute. Obviously due to this occurrence I have given a poor rating of 1 star to Five Star Travel.

My review was quickly responded with a request to provide my phone number on which I could be called back. Shortly after I was called back by an understanding and very professional manager all the way from the Dutch Caribbean.

Example to all travel agencies!

All my travel vouchers are extended with 6 months and my enormous phone costs are being reimbursed. Five Star manager solved this issue within a day!

Because of this action, my confidence is back with Five Star Travel and therefore I crown them with 5 stars.

I have bought two voucher from VakantieVeilingen and reserved places for available dates. After a day, they said i made a reservation for unavailable dates and didnt refund my extra costs. I am pretty sure that the dates are available when i reserved. now i a not going to make another reservation even though i have voucher, because they are unprofessional and i don't know they will cancel it arbitrarily. I don't recommend this company.
Edit: They say i am not their customer. I can show my voucher, invoices and mails that got from them. They lie to suppress their faults
