Be very cautious when using this app. A Fivver seller blocked me from my own website, he actually changed my password and username because he was angry at my review. I initially gave him a 3 out of 5 because he said he would take 48 hrs, which took 6 weeks. He was sick, technical issues, never responded for days and constantly did the wrong things from my requests. After my review he threatened me to change my number to a higher number or he’d do harm to himself. He told me I ruined his life forever and I’m a cheat. He also blocked any of my viewers from any content on my website from destroying my menu bar. Fivver, is crediting my money back from this seller and “allowing” me to hire another Fivver seller to fix this major problem and “generously” giving me a 10% discount.
 This is a fraudulent company who supports criminal sellers. He used my username and password to change and block me out of my own website permanently. He erased content and is still writing me threatening messages privately and all over my social media.

I am a buyer they locked my account and stole my £80 because a seller asked me to pay her via bank. I didn't think this was an issue as the seller asked me to pay her via bank. Fiverr give my money back which I put in the account its over 3 months now??? You didn't even ask why I did this or gave me one chance you just sent this: Your account was flagged for trying to conduct business outside of our platform. We consider this a violation of our Terms of Service and our policies. As a result, your Fiverr account was permanently disabled.

Due to your account being disabled, you cannot log in or withdraw any funds you may have.
If you have any funds available for withdrawal 90 days from now, you will get an email with instructions explaining how to withdraw.
This email will be sent automatically and there is no need to contact customer support.

I didn't try to do anything you seller gave her number to me on Fiverr and demanded that I pay her Bank for a sample lesson. I didn't try to conduct business outside of your platform it was your seller who demanded I pay her £6 like this for a sample lesson which she first said would be free. The way you treated me as a Buyer is disgusting you didn't even ask me why this happened just an email saying we got your money don't message us will send you money after 3 months where is my money???

Good website, but not all freelancers are doing job well

Aweful company!!!! I have lost hundreds of dollars bookings gigs with freelancers and the jobs being so badly and them refusing to refund any money!!! Don’t use this company!!!! It’s full of scamming amateurs!! And there is no real customer service, after the money this company takes from you as a cut, they should at least have a decent customer service!!!

Getting slightly more expensive, but there are so many good freelancers available. Helped me with many side-projects.

We would all wont to spend £1000s on market our new business but the reality is that's just not possible for most start up companies, so I turned to Fivver and the amount of money I have saved is amazing the logo alone saved me £400 Leaflet design £200 Info Graphics £300 the list goes on and on. it can be trail and error but dont be afraid of where the seller lives! if you openly work with the sellers you choose in my experience they will in turn work wonders, I have now had to privileged to work sellers from Europe, The States and Asia, always finishing with a final product I am really happy with, sure sometimes there have been a good few amendments but only to get the best final product. Great Site!!!!

There are some dodgy people selling services on there for sure, but the Fivver customer service is excellent.

Place is crawling with scammers.

I have be able to work with new artists and get awesome results. Logo creation, jingles, website design. You have to do your research, as each freelancer is different, but well worth the time. Great site
