Fake website created by a bunch of hackers that should be investigated

I accidentally clicked on Fix10.com when trying to complete something for my job from a QR code scanner. While using the QR code scanner, there was an ad that was in the middle of the screen so I thought it was the QR code's link. I accidentally clicked on them thinking it was the work-related link, but it did not dawn on me that it was an Ad. It is a fake website trying to get people to date or social for free, but in reality they steal money from you right away and all of the profiles are completely fake.
QR & Barcode Scanner was the app I downloaded and the app places it's ads in a way that causes you to mistakenly click them, which lead me to Fix10.com, and me having to replace my debit card.
