Save your money and look elsewhere

Save your money and look elsewhere. My experience with this service was extremely frustrating. Responses took far too long, problems were not resolved in a reasonable timeframe, and it often felt like I was communicating with customer service representatives who couldn't answer accounting questions instead of qualified accountants.

If you need reliable and responsive accounting support, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
