Had replacement door seals fitted; work done to an excellent standard, completed promptly and friendly staff. Highly rated! 5*

Excellent repair and paint job to my badly accident damaged VW T5.1. Looks like its just come out the showroom. The management and staff were all very helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

My experience was excellent. The whole process was efficient, I was well informed, had regular communication and the work carried out was of high quality.

Another fantastic job carried out by these guys, always very helpful & Becca took all the stress out of getting my mums car sorted for me. They picked the car up & delivered back to her & had been valeted aswell. I’d recommend you use them if your car has been damaged.

Over the years I have become quite cynical about garage services but my recent experience with Fix Auto Coalville has released me from that negativity. They have proved to be honest, competent and very accommodating. In my senior years I can now relax when needing garage services knowing that they are at hand and will produce quality work at a very reasonable price.

Damaging your car is stressful enough as it is so to have a repair centre take that stress away has been wonderful!! Fix Auto in Coalville handled the situation efficiently and professionally. The ladies on the customer service desk were so friendly and helpful. My car was collected by a lovely lady (sorry forgot name). She made the whole process very simple. Kevin called to update me on progress. Overall it was a very positive experience and I’m extremely pleased with the repair completed on my car. Thank you

Can’t fault this company at all. They were so helpful from beginning to end. The receptionist were friendly and the assessors seemed to bend over backwards. I needed the car back sooner rather later for holiday purposes and they sorted it. Thank you

All work done to high standard, very quick turn around, great job.

Excellent as always

First class personal service from start to finish, communication was spot on, and the work was fantastic, never tell it had been repaired, would recommend.
